  1. I know how good he is, which makes his off-field all the more disappointing. Like you, I'm not grading him but I've seen him via players on his team & watching some of Oklahoma's opponents. I really struggle with the off-field stuff. I 'know' that Dalvin Cook's off-field is bad (perhaps more of a behaviour pattern than Mixon) but barely anything has stuck in terms of convictions.
  2. I could kiss you. HOU with an extra 1st and a '17 3rd & 4th would be the ideal mix of current and future planning.
  3. You jest but I think Geno was about to turn the corner when IK decked him. Not franchise level but better than the crap pile he had been. I have a couple of guys I want to drop into the 20's for the fits. Oakland for Fournette and NYG for Njoku.
  4. Houston for a QB? I was thinking NYG at 23 if OJ Howard was still around but they might not part with a 1st with Eli getting older.
  5. Not sure it's been discussed but..........how far would we have to trade down to pick up a 2018 1st rounder? I'd rather get picks this year but it might be good QB ammo if they like the Great White Hopes in the '18 class.
  6. He might be the only guy I currently have a 1st on that isn't a consensus 1st rounder. I'm actually with Gunner on Kevin King. His tape isn't as good as his metrics.
  7. 'Twas 32+, Yolo. The guy I want - Ahkello Witherspoon (Colorado). Only issue is run support, not sure he'll be a McDermott guy.
  8. All guys from the Combine - https://www.mockdraftable.com/search?position=CB&beginYear=2017&endYear=2017&sort=DESC&page=1&measurable=arms Threshold is 32" arm length.
  9. The reason I like him more as a Sam, especially vs the run, is that it'll be a tad more edge setting than taking on blocks full-on. He can violently stack no problem, just really inconsistent with shedding. It's a similar thing with Zach Cunningham as well, they both love taking on the physical contest. He does look a little tight-hipped at times (which is why I'm inclined to believe the 3-cone) so playing Mike for the Bills might be better vs the pass. Same reason I'd rather have Reggie at Mike, limits the amount of movement he has to do.
  10. I don't think any team has it as a preference over coverage skills but if teams can run all over you, coverage skills aren't worth anything. As a Mike in any scheme, he'll have to get better at it.
  11. I'm thinking of it this way. If we have a shot, we should probably pass. He's probably a top 5 player in this class. If he drops to 10, I'm assuming that his hamstrings are really bad.
  12. Nope. Chan moved him to OLB in training camp 2011. Spencer, Alex and Chris Kelsay all played that role at some point, somewhere in the region of 860 pounds of pass rush phenom. Not to mention Rex moving Jarius Wynn there when he took over, dude was about 275
  13. Just got really bad Spencer Johnson flashbacks.
  14. As a Mike, that means he has to shed blocks and he's really not very good at it. He'll jack a pulling lineman or FB up and focus on blasting them instead of finding the ball. He can learn and teams will like him as that tone-setter though. As a potential Sam, he shows the ability to drop under verticals and play the ball really nicely. I actually think he could have some value in a Gronk-based division with some of his attributes. I saw a 3-cone of 7.58 attributed to him though which is a HUGE red flag if that's accurate.
  15. So is the Brady argument, by that measure. And what do you mean "you people"?
  16. Hopefully, some positive news on the Teddy front. https://twitter.com/camdasilva/status/846764317739569155 @camdasilva So this surfaced on Reddit today. Appears to be Teddy Bridgewater dropping back and throwing. #Vikings
  17. If the NFL wants to put a game in Torshavn, Riga or Tallinn, I might go.
  18. I have that effect when I'm around other men, I wouldn't worry about it.
  19. I'll give you an 8 for effort. I like it.
  20. I can tell you guys right now that, personally, I want less than nothing to do with an NFL franchise in London. The Bills are my team, I didn't start following them because of a convenient location. That being said, I think the current government is working hard to secure that as a long-term venture and I agree that Jacksonville makes a lot of sense because of Khan's ownership of Fulham etc. I think it's a logistical nightmare and, while moves to LA and Vegas are pretty soulless ventures for nothing more than financial gains, a London franchise would be the straw that breaks the camel's back. Quite rightfully, US fans should be universally against it (sans a few Jags fans that want them to move so they can stop caring). As for us being "suckers for any American cultural product", both Yanks and Canucks come in their droves to visit an old woman living in a fancy house. Talk about throwing stones in glass houses
  21. I can't take that seriously at all. Literally, the reasons for taking him are smart, got beat out by Josh freaking Dobbs and can take snaps under center. In a league that's about 70-80% shotgun snaps.
  22. Had my right eye removed. Had my left eye removed. I suffered trauma to my cerebral cortex.
  23. We need a nickname like 'Rodent' for him. I vote for Slitherin' Sean.
  24. Literally a quote from the coach but you do you
  25. There shouldn't be another at 10. Probably I have with this LB class is that the majority of the early grades I have are players that I've classed as a Mike or a Sam. My WLB guys, outside of Foster, are few and far between early.
