  1. 1. If the Bills stopped selling to everybody that they are close to contending. No, they are not. 2. Tank, Bottom Out, Rebuild Through The Draft To be dominant after Brady retires. Brick by Brick. 3. Fire Doug Whaley 4. Draft "Blue Chip" play makers. 5. Draft a Franchise Quarterback and develop him.
  2. No. Clean Break From Fitz, Orton, Losman, and every other retread the Bills have rolled through the door in the last 10 years.
  3. He's working...that's an upgrade too. Let him be.
  4. Romo's brittle as it is. Put him in Buffalo and he breaks. No thanks.
  5. If he's the future, go get him, but D DUBWYA better be right this time or else Pegs will blow the whole thing up. D DUBWYA and his staff of scouts will be fired and Pegs will start all over again...just like he did with the Sabres.
  6. Sabres. They are building around some good young talent. Pegula hasn't blown up the Bills yet, but he has to be getting close to doing that.
  7. Felton is a solid FB. The rest of them will be looking for work.

  9. It's like this. When Phil Jackson had Michael Jordan he was given credit for having one of the greatest basketball minds ever. Now that he has Melo, he doesn't have one of the greatest basketball minds ever. The Knicks are a laughing stock and Phil's in charge. Lee is probably a decent Coach, but the talent level of the player has more to do with a Coaches success then the other way around..
  10. The Bills aren't going anywhere next year. Let TT go. Give the ball to Clipboard Jones. and move up the draft board. Rebuild.
  11. Clipboard...Another Doug Whaley reach...
  12. Given what Brady did to the Falcons, I would like to have more discussion on Reload vs Rebuild. If the Bills tweak the roster, just where exactly are they going? Nowhere as long as Brady and Belicick are around. Why not go young and acquire as much young talent as they can and let the team grow together? Otherwise, they'llbe 2nd or 3rd in the Division every year until Brady retires.
  13. Sorry, after 17 years I'm in favor of trying something else, but that's just me (and a few others).
  14. The Bills, but the Dynasty of sorts was already built through the draft. Bennett was one of the final pieces. Look at the Bills draft picks and tell me what they are building. Start at QB and go from there. Watch out for Jacksonville. They are loaded on the defensive side of the ball. Offensively not bad either. Coaching change will help. 17 years is along time to be saying somebody else's strategy sucks. Both the Rams and Cleveland have made the playoffs in the last 17 years.
  15. Same idea. Strategically move up the board to get the blue chip talent needed to have a chance to win consistently over a long period of time. Or stay the course and hope 9 wins is enough for a wild card game.
  16. 1987 Bills, Rams, Colts Buffalo Traded For the Rights to Corneilus Bennett Colts Traded For Eric Dickerson Rams Received From Buffalo RB Greg Bell 88 1st 89 1st 89 Second Rams Received from Indy RB Owen Gill 88 1st 88 2nd 89 2nd
  17. So that's two in six years - 0 picked by Whaley.
  18. From 2012 - 2015 74 Pro Bowlers have been drafted by NFL Teams. Bills drafted 1 - Stephon Gilmore and that was Buddy Nix's pick. Whaley gets a participation trophy. Tank, move up, and make it easier for him to draft blue chip talent.
  19. Dallas went 4-12 in 2015 (the type of record a Tank brings) In 2016 they drafted EE with the fourth pick in the draft. That's a "no brainer". Then they picked up Jaylon Smith in round 2 (who did not play due to knee). Round 4 Dak.Prescott. 2016 record 13-3 - Playoffs. Meanwhile we are intrigued with Cardale Jones, and draft a guy who was hurt. 2016 record 7-9. Out for the 17th year in a row. Tank.
  20. Tanking is not pointless. Move up the board. Collect the best "blue chip" talent out there on both sides of the ball for 3 or 4 drafts. What you are suggesting the Bills have already done for the last 17 years. How did that work out? Are the Bills any closer? No.
  21. We will see. Scouts said JaMarcus Russell had "tremendous tools" too..
