  1. If they want Glenn then just drop pick 96 from my original valuation. That trade would likely be 21, 22, 2019 1st, 2019 3rd, and Glenn.
  2. Based on past trades it'd be something along the lines of picks 21, 22, & 96 this year, and our 1st & 3rd next year. Using the below chart and a 130% multiplier for the team moving up those picks get it done.
  3. Your Richardson & Amerson are my Gabriel & Fuller I think we're accomplishing very similar goals.
  4. I've got them going to 3 for him but 2 would be a safer, albeit more expensive, option.
  5. End the drought Kirby! I'm not going to dignify posters with a response if they insist on being blatantly disingenuous, or if they claim that I'm defending a point that I never made in the first place. So I won't be posting much. Unless it's questions/critique of my preliminary offseason plan, I'll probably respond to that.
  6. Responding to your post in this topic is on topic. Keep running...
  7. Well you keep running from the question. Are you going to pass?
  8. If you were a QB, which group would you want most, and which would you want least. This really isn't hard. It must be difficult being so conflicted over such a simple request.
  9. Since you seem to be unclear with the wr corps each year, let me remind you: Care to rank them for me?
  10. Your argument, in that post, was that he regressed over his 3 years and his best year was 2015. I refuted that by pointing out that the WR Corps got worse in each of his 3 years and his best WR was healthiest in 2015. Do you disagree?
  11. You continue to make an argument where there isn't one. I suppose it's easier than trying to refute my point though.
  12. Now Culley can move back to WRs and we can hire a QB coach with QB experience
  13. Just because I've been looking at the Trade Chart throughout the day, here is an alternative equivalent to trading pick 21 for Nick Foles when it comes to draft capital. 21 = 45.51 22 = 44.08 Total Value of Bills 1st round picks = 89.59 #3 overall = 89.55 So trading 21 for Nick Foles is like trading #3 overall for Nick Foles and #22.
  14. Coincidentally, it's also the season where he had his best WR Corps and Sammy played the most games.
  15. I looked at the Trubisky trade as well, for reference. Chicago paid a 20% tax on that one.
  16. Here's my crummy Bills only pipe-dream version in step-by-step excel format: 2018 Offseason Highlights if you don't want to view everything: - I'm under the projected T-51 salary cap with my camp roster, though my valuation numbers may be off on players. But I tried, so there's that. I did most of that actual cap stuff with Spotrac's tool plus their estimated pick costs. - I have at least 1 of every position on the camp roster (71 total players at this point) - Bills FAs Retained: Preston Brown, Leonard Johnson, Ramon Humber, Nick O'Leary, a few more depth guys - Tyrod cut - Bills trade Cordy Glenn, Picks 21, 22, and a 2019 1st to Indianapolis for the 3rd overall pick - Bills sign Bennie Logan, Kyle Fuller, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Connor Barwin, and Taylor Gabriel in FA - Bills draft Josh Rosen (or Mayfield, or Darnold... w/e), and get help at LB, G, DT, RB, EDGE, & CB I'll probably modify it more as I invest more time into it.
  17. Looking at the 3 trades in the OP, here are the values associated with them: Rams: 15, 43, 45, 76, Future 1, Future 3 - 138.49 Titans: 1, 113, 177 - 105.84 Rams essentially paid a 30% tax to move up. Eagles: 8, 77, 100, Future 1, Future 2 - 118.46 Browns: 2, Future 5th - 94.98 Eagles paid a 25% tax to move up Redskins: 6, 39, Future 1, Future 1 - 135.39 Rams: 2 - 93.83 Redskins paid a 35% tax to move up So if we look at the offer I suggested it would seem we need to drop the extra 3rd, and we get: Bills: 21, 21, Future 1, Glenn - 110.68 + Glenn Colts: 3 - 89.55 Bills pay a 24% tax plus Glenn to help their OL That seems to be in line assuming Glenn is healthy. If he doesn't pass the physical we swap him out for a 2019 3rd and our tax goes up to 29%
  18. I'm doing more digging based on the examples you gave & the chart values to see what the standard inflation amount is so I can try to match it in my scenario. Will report back in a bit.
  19. Adjusted Costs for how the future picks are generally valued. None of those trades involved 2 1st round picks in the current year, which makes our situation unique and valuable.
  20. I'm looking at Rich Hill's trade charts, one of which is based on all draft trades made since 2011, and the other is based on only pick for pick trades. If the Colts were the trade partner, it looks like the deal isn't too incredibly bad. Bills give: 21, 22, 2019 1st, and Glenn (Values of 121.66 + Glenn, and 697.83 + Glenn respectively) Bills get: 3 & 67 (Values of 102.54 and 588.92 respectively) So based on either chart we're overpaying without even factoring Glenn into the deal. Am I crazy?
  21. Here's an idea: http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/e.j.-gaines-14599/market-value/
  22. There are a few very good CBs available in FA that will have a similar price tag without the injury issues.
  23. Jordan Matthews' skillset is redundant and unnecessary to our WR corps. Zay will have to earn his #2 spot back. Expect at least 1 FA pickup at WR, maybe a mid round draft pick as well.
