  1. Bad games by the Bills (particularly Allen & the Offense) this year all were weather affected. 1. Tennessee - Rain & some wind 2. KC - Wind & Rain 3. NE Wind & scared to throw 4. Baltimore - High winds So yes looking at the weather will be a daily pre-occupation. https://www.wunderground.com/hourly/us/mo/kansas-city/date/2021-1-24 Only 6 more days....
  2. When you win by 14, I guess they don't care about the impactful plays or misses on your side......😉 On to the Chiefs.
  3. Agreed just pointing out things went both ways..... Wasn't a one way street, that I'm sure Raven's fans and many in the media are talking about.....
  4. Yep...... Pretty simple, but as said replaying game & I'm sure Raven's fans are using the first 4 as they lament their loss (and I've countered in 1,3 & 4) and then complaining the two times we didn't keep them pinned and it flipped field position. Oh & didn't even complain about Davis not catching a perfect pass from Allen for a TD.....😉
  5. I said of course the pick 6 was the play of the game and that was Lamar's fault. Josh's sack fumble was a great play by the Raven's and yes fortuitous that the Bills recovered. Yes the bad snaps are fumbles, but we saw what happened the week before when it happened to Pitt. The point was they recovered each one. I was just pointing out other plays that did also impact the game. Though I agree the Huntley scramble was not a big deal in the end, it could have been if on their next possession he does hit Brown on the 4th down. Just posting some thoughts.
  6. Yes completely taking away the threat (along with no flags thrown for holding or DPI). The first deep throw to Diggs was a definite hold.
  7. You throw a ball with an arc in that wind and there was almost no chance to control it. Huntley to Brown was the same thing. Also an interesting tweet was that Josh was 1-5 on his first 20+ yard throws, which was the most he missed all year. Can't tell me wind wasn't a huge factor in the passing game.
  8. Really??? More a response to those claiming Baltimore woulda/shoulda/coulda if 1, 2, 3 or 4 happened..... Obviously #2 was what ultimately decided the game, but I look at Bass missing one, the Diggs overthrow, 5 recovered fumbles and two plays at the Baltimore goal line that flipped field position that could have gone Buffalo's way. Yes I replay the game in my head.😉
  9. Just unloading, glad you read it and offered as usual your pithy response.....
  10. We always see this after a w/l and how "if only this happened" excuses. Yes I'm going to lay them out from my perspective Saturday. 1. Tucker hits the post twice - Bass misses one too early affected by the wind (later one the Bills were up 14). 2. Lamar pressured and can't complete to a wide open Brown and then 101 yard Pick 6 (too bad Lamar doesn't have Josh's arm strength). 3. Josh Fumble recovered by Bills (Ravens fumbled it 5X's! recovered them all). 4. Huntly overthrows Brown on 4th down and would have scored a TD (Allen overthrows Diggs on what would have been a TD too) 5. Buffalo plays lax defense & 2nd & 30 and allows an easy 12 yard gain & then 3rd down conversion (costs the Bills huge field position and eventually leads the the FG before HT). 6. Huntley's first play they allow a 20 yards scamper again lax on defense and then punt goes 56 yards flipping field position. So yes the pick 6 was the play of the game, but look at it closer & the Ravens actually got the better of those impactful plays.
  11. Sure..... Exactly how it appeared when he got up and almost fell flat on his face. I expect him to play but that was no pinched nerve....
  12. Yea and Davis a TD pass right in his arms.....
  13. The one issue I had was that Josh did try and throw long, which you just couldn't in that wind. The second pass of the game told you that, as Allen could have run but threw it long and no chance for a reception. As for Wright, it get's old, but at least he was tough on Lamar after the game, and was (w)right....
  14. But many talking heads are saying that the receivers made Josh & if only Lamar had them.....🙄 Of course we did draft Zay Jones..... Very simply every receiver the Bills have traded, let go or left the past 4 years have pretty much disappeared (except and let's not start an argument, because he has been paid Watkins).
  15. And when does the following start? How do you turn a productive receiver in to a has been? Have Lamar as his QB.....😉 (I don't 100% believe it, but certainly he does not make receivers better or get them a "pay day"). And so was McD in 2018/19.....
  16. 50% of Lamar's passes are to "Safety Valves". Yes I'm being sarcastic......
  17. Greeny would too I bet you take Lamar over Allen. He's been slow in acknowledging Allen and this is his narrative. Surprise, goes right to the title of this thread & what I expect to hear...... You are too 100% correct that Diggs made all the catches he should (though he did have 5 drops) and also some difficult catches, but "wow" ones I don't remember. Put a reel of Lamar's great throws (and not those the result of busted coverage after incredible escapism in the pocket) and it will be a short one. Allen on the other hand. Just the two to Davis on the run along the sideline last week, still are hard to truly appreciate.
  18. Great response. Sometimes people disagree.... BTW Tyrod was the QB in 2016 and the Bills Offense was 16th in the league & 30th the next year. McD then started Peterman vs. SD in 2017 & then doubled down on him in 2018. That tells me all I need to know. Case closed....
  19. Sure tell me how year's 1-3 we saw anything that said MCD was concerned about the offense. And yes I found the word Process a Bills created mantra. I have applauded the Management, coaching and GM. There were stumbles, but yes we're all excited.
  20. Yes Daboll did, but any throws that required an arc, were affected by the winds. Also looked like Davis was hobbled & Beasley no where close to 70%.
  21. Why do I have no idea if sarcastic or not. Where else doc you want me to talk about the Bills (and don't say a "wall" or my "multiple personalities"...???😜
  22. I'll first comment on weather. Saw how it affected the game Saturday & yep that will be a crucial factor on Sunday. Frankly Saturday it affected Buffalo & Allen all night. He thought he can throw long and just could not. This allowed the defences to constrict the field and takes away from his strength. https://www.wunderground.com/forecast/us/mo/kansas-city So yes will be watching the forecast all week. As for KC, I do want Mahomes healthy. We saw Huntley move the ball and seen it before, a let down playing back-ups. Don't want the Bills backing into the Superbowl & then hearing "But if Mahomes had played" or the worst case scenario "The Bills blew their chance at a Superbowl birth, Henne leads Chiefs to victory".
  23. Will agree with all others, but year 1-3 there was no if's and or buts that he wanted to win games 17-13 and they were terrible on offense 30,29 & 24th. I've also praised him for figuring it out this year. The Process is Bull.... Good coaching, ethic and management. I'm a Toronto Raptors fan.... Thankfully I never had to hear the word Process. Drives me crazy.
  24. Well the second miss was at 17-3 (and both of theirs did hit the upright).... So let's pretend it is 20-9, still a big gap.
