  1. Maybe you’re asking a rhetorical question? There is no age under consent that is acceptable. Neither is accusing someone of being a “pedo” on the basis of not answering a silly question relating to an unconfirmed, potentially incorrect piece of tabloid attached to their political affiliation. Come on man, be better.
  2. Jesus man. That is a statement that goes over the line. An absurd accusation of the greatest forms.
  3. Today’s “beard balm”.
  4. I know. Which is why in both comments I put the “if” regarding the post season. I am not disagreeing with you for one second he wasn’t deserving. I’m talking about what I believe it would take for them to make Kupp be a “no brainer”. A WR, at that level, is as much a product of the QB throwing him the ball. Especially 200 times a season. Rodger’s didn’t have his best season, yes. Brady? That was Brady’s best career year he’s ever had. Easily. Most yards he’s thrown for in his career. 2nd highest stat line in his career for Attempts, Completions, Completion % and TDs. 4 of those stats he led the league, out of the 5 completion % was not; still top 10. Rodgers shouldn’t have won that, agreed. But you can make an argument, as much as we hate the guy, for Brady as much as you can for Kupp on the award snub.
  5. I understand that. And am not diminishing anything in the regular season. Was just saying the playoff run on top of the regular season, given history of the MVP and receiving accomplishments, would be the criteria to undoubtably give him the MVP award.
  6. Eh, to some extent. But is Megatron doesn’t even get the OPOY in 2012 then you look at why, a receiver is more a product of the QB than a RB is (Adrian Peterson). Kupp saw 200 targets. That’s a boat load. If they included post season then absolutely, Kupp should have got the MVP award. Would actually argue why Rodgers got it over Brady that year…
  7. Someone posted it previously that, yes, it was for rotations but also they felt he had the ability to play multiple positions across the line if needed.
  8. Shoulsnt say this but Baker always stood out to me on the Fish’s defensive units, liked his game there and in college @ Ohio Wonder why they’re dumping him for Jones4
  9. Thanks Gregg. Would think he goes to Detroit or Baltimore. Baltimore might be the one given the history there. He’s always spoken fondly of Harbaugh as a coach.
  10. Gone are those days it seems unless you’re a social media influencer or something lol That was always the case when you traveled to watch the team. I have 6 friends I talk to every couple of weeks about our team because of those exact situations. Most of them didn’t even require the beer! 😂 Sadly the cost of living now puts me to one or two away games a year. Usually they’re in the proximity of Ohio; Detroit/Indy/Pitt unless I’m splashing for a trip where it’s just me and the oldest son. Good luck out there this week! Hope you find something that isn’t eye gouging!
  11. So you’re buying the tent option then😝
  12. Hea dominant yes. But the most dominant? No. That’s Watt or Crosby. And if you’re trading assets like you’d have to for Garrett I’d rather you go the avenue for the other 2. BUT, those guys aren’t likely to be had. Probably neither is Myles; he’s stated he wants to finish his career in Cleveland multiple times. He’s the more likely if any. And again, the 2 firsts is what it’s going to take for any pass rusher of quality who’s not on the final year of a deal. How good is this roster is the question? Can they afford to skip prime draft prospects for a few years in the hope it nets them a SB? Can they afford to keep inflated contracts that make the team age book top heavy?
  13. Any team actively helping back to back champs get better when things are falling apart should be burned at the stake 😂
  14. I was hoping they’d lose Monday night against the Chargers if they are indeed entertaining calls for Budda. Sadly it didn’t happen. He’s a stud but with the production he’s having for that defense already this year I don’t think they give him up for anything less than a 3rd rounder. You’d presumably then have to give him a new deal to boot? If we are going safety I’d like to see if Richie Grant from the Falcons is available. He was awesome next to JB3 last year and the arrival of Simmons has caused him to be out of the starting role. Failing that, what about Eddie Jackson? Doubt Baltimore trade him anyway. Especially to someone they’ll have a chance to compete against deep in the playoffs. No f-ing *****. Are they entertaining calls on him??? Hes been a solid starter for that defense since drafted. Loved his game @ LSU too.
  15. That trade straight up? Sure. That’s obvious. Then you’ve got 2 RBs that succeed more on early downs who both are walking out the door at the same time. As much as many of us are not fans of how Samuel is shaping up so far, the talent is there. He’s not 100% and seems to be used incorrectly. The real question becomes would you take an RB duo of Cook/Henry, cause Ray Davis isn’t getting drafted, for a WR room of Shakir/Mack/MVS/Keon? The question actually goes further because of you take Henry that draft is exponentially different. They probably don’t bounce back as much to take a guy and they aren’t drafting Ray Davis. So what’s the takeaway? The world of possibilities is endless as you get Henry instead of Samuel and a whole different draft class. Samuel/Davis/Cooper essentially = Henry/?
  16. Yeah brother, you’re absolutely right. As awesome as Henry is, does he love the needle enough to where we are 7-0? That’s likely a no. For this team, especially with the talent we appear to have at RB, Cooper moves the needle for offensive production more than Henry would have. And, like you stated, we probably don’t have him.
  17. He really is a fresher breath air.
  18. Kayvon Thibadeaux & Brian Burns would be my guess? The team stinks and need as much talent as they can get. He’s a FA next year so they might as well get a pick around the comp value if they can?
  19. Dion Dawkins, Eppy, James Cook, Torrence. Not that bad. Zay Jones, Cody Ford, Boogie Basham. Pretty poor players for us. Keon and Cole Bishop the other 2nd rounders. Jury is obviously still out on them. How do you feel about the later rounds/day 3 picks? Excluding this year, he’s had 30 draft picks in that 4-7 round range. Shakir, Benford, Damar, Gabe Davis, Tyler Bass, Taron, Siran Neal and Milano are the hits for this team.
  20. To be fair, he was “balling out” yesterday.
  21. Don’t give that thing any weight anymore. There’s been three in recent years that I, and many others have, disagreed with: Manning over Brees (even though he got revenge and beat him in the SB), 2009 Rodgers over JJ Watt, 2014 Rodgers over Josh, 2020 Those 3 even though I disagreed with the choice, still could make sense of the actual winner being who they were. Last season though? Lamar over Josh? Yeah. Laughable. Guy had 10 more rushing TDs than “the best dual threat QB in the league”.
  22. Most states allow as long as you’re accompanied by an “adult”. Apparently Washington state law prohibits anyone under the age of 21 to enter areas that serve alcohol; bars/taverns/lounges. https://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=66.44.310 Im sure you could get into somewhere that is a restaurant based establishment as long as you’re not in the bar itself? Someone more familiar might be better suited to answer but that would be my guess? Good luck brother!
  23. Thank goodness Andrew Luck didn’t hang it up the year prior otherwise I don’t think we get Josh, either Josh lol
  24. Good call indeed. Fits the bill. Seems to be excelling more this year in a pass rotation role, similar to his rookie season. Shouldn’t break the bank for an extension unless they’re letting him walk and hoping to play the comp’ pick game with him.
