  1. Yeah, the depth of talent in the WR is going to be significantly less than this past draft. i feel like Lacy (LSU), Egbuka (OSU) and McMillan (AU) could all be pretty decent. Are Harbor from South Carolina and Evans from Georgia eligible?
  2. That wasn’t my point so you tell me… But since you asked, an opposite to the Baltimore team would be our Bills over the last few years. Team was literally built for having a lead where the opponent was more often than not forced to be in a passing situation.
  3. Baltimore are a great team but are built to be in close games or ones they have a lead.
  4. Holy moly. Looking back at the Hill trade I was wondering what they gave up in compensation. Quite a lot, though Hill is a game changer. Was then looking into the whole draft and saw that the majority of what they gave up they acquired in other trades and weren’t actually their own. How, after everything Houston and San Francisco (for Trey Lance #3 pick) traded to them, they haven’t ended up with way more blue chip talent on that roster the last 4 season is absurd. Totally forgot they fleeced Houston thanks to Bill O’Brien.
  5. Hilarious at times. Because you’re absolutely right, that offense is stacked top to bottom. Seattle’s defense is legit.
  6. What’s the safety choice/rotation now that Hufanga is back? Ji’ayr Brown seems to be solid in his second season and that Mustapha makes plays here and there.
  7. theyve played a clean game. Hawks have not. they’ve been absolutely brutal out with that fg drive, which was almost as bad. I know they didn’t have a timeout but man, that play calling could have been a run first down
  8. I fully understand that point. But personnel issues lay solely on a coach and the front office. If a company employees people who can’t do their job, are unqualified or a detriment to the operation then that has to be their fault to a large proportion. If a guy is hired to do job A but can only do jobs B and C but are never capable of doing job A to begin with, that’s their fault?
  9. Difference between ‘personnel’ and ‘personal’ issues my friend. If you meant personal issues i.e. injuries then I don’t know that with the incorrect spelling and no alluding to such in a comment. Of course having backups play isn’t ideal but if those backups aren’t of quality that’s an indictment on those who build the team. The backups on defense have played very well imo, outside the Baltimore game. Which can be credited to coaching as much as the players. And sure, those cards suck but the right player can make a lot work. That’s where percentages come into play. We have done very little with what we’ve had. That wasn’t the issue prior.
  10. LOL Come on man? Come on to yourself… Any personnel issues are caused by a regime as a whole, like I said coaching an FO. The chide “buy 5 star players” is unnecessary. You buy players who actually have use and fit the system you’re deploying. Sure 3rd and 10 isn’t ideal but why are you in that position? Coaching. Why do you not have players/personnel who should be leaned on, outside Josh, to help convert those downs and distances? Front Office. It’s a combo bro. There is no depth on offense but a load of depth on the defense that can and has stepped up and played. The offense lost their top 2 receivers, whether you like Gabe and Stef or not. Their incumbent center that’s been a stalwart for Josh and the rest of the line when not concussed. Not a great lot of effort in replacing those 2 targets that have produced for this team.
  11. Kelce isn’t what he was. Very pedestrian season prior to the Chargers and Saints games who didn’t even let him beat them. They literally let him be wide open. You have a point on the OLine though, that interior is something else. Exceptional trio of players. Especially Thuney and Humphrey.
  12. But it 100% falls on McD and the coaching staff. You play with the hand you’re dealt. Don’t see Reid and the Chiefs crying that they’ve lost 2 players who are the most pivotal to that offense outside the QB. For all his mishaps and errors, Josh is a top 3-5 QB in the league. They’re missing ONE guy who came into his own at the end of last season and had a great continuation into this year. Who else besides Shakir? No one. The anemic offense we are seeing in comparison to recent weeks and previous years is the coaching and FO’s fault.
  13. You know who’s really spoiled these past 6 years? McDermott and the rest of the team. They hit the jackpot in Josh. Without 17 he’s not in a job imo.
  14. Pickens only becomes available if they get Adams. Even then, they might be unwilling to part with him. Definitely if they come up empty on the trade with the Raiders.
  15. She wanted the embrace of someone else, who like her, catches Josh’s balls.
  16. As long as they are blitzing, which they’d be insane not to if you’ve watched any film on the Jets, it might not matter who’s back there 😂
  17. Im with you, Cleveland hasn’t been great but he has played a decent portion of that being the case. Maybe he’s seen enough of Watson, can’t be bothered and subconsciously, even though he’s stated otherwise, actually wants out of there. And like you said, a change of scenery would help both him and the team he might end up on I’m sure. Who would I rather as a fan the Bills acquire if they can? Adams, obviously. But going by whats been stated in this thread multiple times, the salary and draft compensation is going to be hefty given the Raiders stated intentions/desires. Cooper for a late round pick and salary is the better deal.
  18. Elite? Disagree. I posted these stats a few pages back that support the contrary to your point: 47 targets for 20-208-2td. 9 drops. #4 in targets #57 in yards Adams, the other talked about target, is #54 in targets but #56 in yards. Just as productive with significantly less targets in only 3 games opposed to Cooper’s 5. Those 9 drops Cooper is credited on the season so far are the same or more than 25 of the other 31 TEAMS in the NFL. I like Cooper and think he’d improve in this offense but so far he’s been very underwhelming this season in Cleveland.
  19. Would be interesting to see the correlation between the amount of converted downs that are short to those that are “3rd and long”. Id go out on a limb and say the majority of failed third downs are those that are 6+ yards left to the down line. Might be wrong though. Probably wrong lol
  20. Well, if this fan base goes by that logic it’s worth multiple firsts. Get him in and you get a good chance at a coaching change or new regime. 😝
  21. FA in 2025. Njigba 2026. Might be tough to get him for anything less than a 1st. Wouldn’t be opposed but you’d like to get a contract extension if you do trade for him. Furthermore, would Seattle even get rid of him given the way that division is right now? They look like a decent bet to make the playoffs. Removing DK drastically hurts that offense and probability of a post season you would think?
  22. Maybe it wasnt the right “Om-be-unce and day-coor” like at applebees? we’ll never know. just a “fresher breath air”.
  23. I’m not seeing win rates by route tree. That information could be more of a story teller. Will this Twitter account eventually provide them?
