We are going to steamroll these clowns. No mercy. So much cockiness for a team that had like 10 tipped ball interceptions on their playoff run last year Thank God I am a bills fan and not a Bungles fan Nice practice facility you chumps

I think this completes the TwoBillsDrive List of Doom. I have now seen each nfl franchise scare at least one poster here this season

Malik Willis benched in Tennessee, Titans will start Josh Dobbs
Franco_92 replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sorry to hear it! But glad it helps me out The guy I'm going against still has a completely dominant team. He was unreal this year, in a 12 team league he had Hurts, Hill, Kelce, Henry, and then insane depth behind them -

It's kinda funny that for both JAX and TEN, this week doesn't matter, no combination of results this week changes the fact that week 18 is win and in for both. Both teams should rest their starters No, I'm not playing against Henry in the fantasy finals this week, why do you ask -
They've already said they're black on white. It's definitely not a thing that teams always alternate pants. At the chiefs this year and in playoffs both teams had white pants, as well as at Miami, I sure there are plenty other examples

There is no meaningful mathematical sense in which we would want to describe the outcome of a football game as "50/50 because you either win or lose"

In general that route is not one that produces contested catches, it's just that the wind & his misread caused it to be one. Watch his TD pass to McKenzie on a free play against Miami in 2020 (the last game 56-26 blowout) for how it normally goes, if it was true man coverage and the throw was on point, McKenzie is in the clear to catch it wide open. Also, pretty much any of his catches against NE the last couple years Man coverage - Isaiah races the DB to the opposite sideline aiming for the holes in Cover 1, and usually beats him

Prime Time Josh vs Sunday 1pm Sugar Rush Josh
Franco_92 replied to freddyjj's topic in The Stadium Wall
We need to come up with the perfect, platonic, universal slur. "To put on Josh's helmet?" What about Josh's helmet? -
I've watched since 2005 and it's the biggest regular season game of my fanhood at least

Not sure what I'm gonna do when he retires in 12 years

That doesn't mean each team is equally likely to win lol I presented a perfectly legitimate binary operating under the same rules you outlined I'll try another one. The poster is correct in saying that the odds of a team winning a given game aren't 50/50. If the Eagles played the Texans 100 times over the next two years, they would win substantially more than 50 of the games. That is what he's saying Saying that the odds are 50/50 because only winning and losing are possible options is like saying that the odds of me passing a Harvard admissions test are 50/50, because it's a pass/fail test. Clearly my odds can vary based on how smart I am. If I am >150 IQ, my odds are probably significantly higher than 50%. If I am <100 IQ, my odds are significantly lower than 50%, even though it's "Pass or Fail" with no other options
-
No My son will either be the best NFL quarterback to ever live, or he won't be. Those are two categories. Is there a 50% chance my son will be the best NFL quarterback to ever live?
-
Well, this isn't true either
-
A completely reasonable approximation to get a rough idea of the impacts a bye can have on your chances

Those picks were ugly, but both were explainable His mistake wasn't hitting McKenzie on an over route in man coverage. He throws that exact pass for touchdowns very frequently. His mistake was being fooled thinking it was man across the board, so that the guy who picked the ball off, he thought was occupied elsewhere. He was fooled pre and post snap. That player, or half of the field, was instead in zone. QBs get fooled like this sometimes, and the throw was a bit off anyway because of the wind likely The second one sailed on him, the dump off was the correct choice. you can see the wind violently change the orientation of the ball, which is why it sailed. Unfortunate, but not like some of his picks earlier this year.

Leslie Frazier expected to be "in the mix" for Broncos HC job
Franco_92 replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
I like Frazier and wouldn't be very happy to lose him -
You are right about this, and I worry about the UCL too, but... We have had 2 big regular season games since the last big one, @ KC. In the KC game, he played as you described. He had issues between that game and the New England one, but New England was huge - they finally had some semblance of a normal practice schedule, and it was the start of a 3 game division stretch that would propel us back to the lead of the AFC east. Josh went into NE and took what they gave him, and was masterful, if not quite the electric Josh we are spoiled to expect every game. The Jets game was garbage weather, but he played quite well considering the defense and the weather, and I recall no turnover-worthy plays. Then Miami was for all of the AFCE marbles, and he was again masterful. In Chicago vs a vastly inferior team, a game in which none of us or the Bills really felt was out of control, he got a bit greedy and tried to get some MVP stats. It didn't work. He will not play like this with the 1 seed on the line. We will see peak Josh on Monday. Couple his game against Miami in the weather with that deep throw to Diggs called back at new england, and I guess I'm not too afraid of the UCL either Josh's playoff performance was otherworldly. He was possessed. It sort of poisoned things for us. He will give that to us again, but it is exceedingly rare for any QB. All it does is give tards like Nick Wright ammo when he has a normal good-QB performance.

These three teams are on the same level and all capable of beating each other, nothing crazy about putting any of them above or below another

I agree that Allen's weapons and team weren't as good early but it's not really relevant to my point, and even accounting for that it took allen until his 3rd year to approach the level mahomes stepped into the nfl at. I know that the record is, technically as it is stated, Allen's, but its meaningless to me because it's a touchdown production in early career stat and mahomes' per game and total touchdown numbers are superior to Josh's, objectively Wao, good one
-
This stat is a bit misleading, Mahomes would own the record handily if they didn't count 2018 as one full year for him because he got some mop up duty in the last week of the season 2017*

Has @FilthyBeast come forward and owned how bad his takes were yet? He put them in every thread for months it seemed. Constant backhanded comments towards the bills, insinuations that Miami is some juggernaut.
