You are missing the point. Once Buddy was hired, no competent coach would take the position because they knew Buddy had no idea how to be a GM and build a team. This is similar to Mike Mularkey leaving after Marv was made GM. He knew that Marv had no idea how to be a GM.

We are a terrible organization devoid of talent. Buddy's first draft is among the worst in bills history. We have 4-3 defensive players playing out of position and 3-4 players playing out of position. Terrible defensive coaching and we are likely to lose our best WR in free agency. We have overpaid a mediocre QB with a large contract. Please do not talk nonsense. Donahoe was not here for anywhere near 10 years, only 4 years if I recall correctly.

If Edwards get fired, it will be difficult for Gailey to hire a proven DC since Gailey will have no job security. Unfortunately I don't think Buddy will be gone till Ralph dies. I think the most likely scenario is that Edwards is fired and Waanstadt become DC. Hopefully this will involve a switch to a 4-3 defense.

you can't say you want to run a 3-4 scheme and then sign Kelsay and Kyle Williams to extensions as neither fits the 3-4. Our run defense will never be good with Kyle Williams as a nose tackle. I think he is a great penetrating DT and would be dominant in 4-3

I would like someone who can pick talent. Buddy has not proven that at all. You make it sound like Spiller is a great player. He is a mediocre player that will never be close to Reggie Bush. (another overated undersized RB) Do you think any team would even offer us a 2nd round pick for Spiller?

If that is true, than I would not want Casserly either. The Spiller pick is worse than the Maybin pick or the Leodis pick.

I am happy for JP. He was a high character guy who just wasn't great at QB. He did throw a nice deep ball. I hope he does well.

Our annual family tailgate is next week. We have about 6 vehicles and we try to park together, but nobody arrives at the same time. Did people have problems parking together in the stadium lots? Did they let u park where u wanted to in the lot? We usually park in lot 2. Was the traffic bad at 9 am?

Buddy comes cheap and has apparently earned Ralph's trust via familiarity. I don't see us winning more than 6 games this year. This team is devoid of talent with a few exceptions. Other than Dareus, Buddy has done very little to improve the talent level. Assuming another poor record this year, does Chan get fired? I don't know if Buddy would ever get fired. Maybe he would resign and Whaley would take over.

What makes you think we will be 6-10? Buddy took a 6-10 team and made it 4-12. He did virtually nothing to upgrade the mediocre talent. At this pace we will likely be 2-14. We will definitely be in the running for Luck.

I also agree. There are too many fans on this board who want to believe that Buddy knows what he is doing. These guys have shown nothing. They are no better than all the street free agents we signed last year. We had poor draft last year and I suspect we will do the same this year. No team had less starts from its draft than us, and this was on a terrible team.

No team got less production from their draft last year than us. For a terrible team, our rookies only started 7 games total, and only due to injury.(and we were picking high)

Buddy is not smart enough to trade down. This is evidenced by not waiting 10 seconds to pick spiller.
