Canada: Justin Trudeau Insists on Emergency Powers Despite No Active Protests
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau insisted at a news conference on Monday that his government still needs the unprecedented emergency powers he demanded this month even though police violently removed the Freedom Convoy protesters from Ottawa and no active Freedom Convoy protests are currently occurring.
“This state of emergency is not over. There continue to be real concerns about the coming days,” Trudeau said on Monday, claiming there were signs the Freedom Convoy truckers could regroup and return to Ottawa.
“People [are] out there indicating that they are ready to blockade, to continue their illegal occupations to disrupt Canadians’ lives. We feel that this measure needs to remain in place,” he said.

I think this "movement" that is calling for such radical change as *checks notes* freedom, no mandates, an end to endless protocols, and a return to normal - while extremely frightening I know trust me these are terrifying demands - need to continue if only to expose the nazi opposition. If you are only returning Diggs and Davis, you need to sign an upgrade a slot WR - you can't rely on the draft to upgrade the WR position - I'm not saying don't draft one, draft one first if you think he will be a stud but you can't bank on that for 2022.
A call has to be made on Davis. If you know he is WR2 you can't sign an outside WR like say Allen Robinson. Godwin (too expensive but my #1 choice) or Kirk make sense. Need someone that can play in the slot.
The safer upgrades thru the draft at 25 is IOL - or if a starting CB is there that's the pick and that's what I'd prefer. Then go middle of Oline in round 2.
I'd look into CMC no question. You just make that work and pair him with Singletary.
