  1. Who is up in arms about that? People were up in arms about the draft pick plan.
  2. Isn't that pretty much what the main ones are?
  3. I must be the only person who approves of the new unis. I really like the white ones. I don't like the all blue...............and, the yellow and blue is pretty good. I HATED the unis they had in St. Louis.
  4. I'd actually be interested to know what the pool of coaches are. Having 70% of players being black actually might hurt when it comes to having a large pool of coaches.....................It seems most NFL coaches didn't play in the league.
  5. Like seeing the Rooney Rule trending on twitter, and reading the article attached. And, coming back twice to be surprised that nobody is talking about the Rooney Rule, which is what I'm looking for in the subject line - and then finally deciding as much as I hate starting threads (I wonder why?), I want to see what everybody's thoughts are so I guess I'll have to start a thread myself.
  6. Auctions seem the way to go. That way you don't have aholes who don't give anything complaining - "What he gave $X. He make $XXX. That's like me giving a quarter!"
  7. Yeah, I was trying to steal the glory from Yolo. It's not like I looked all over for a thread about the Rooney Rule since that's what was trending on Twitter....................I hate starting threads. Maybe this is why. I feel so much shame.........
  8. I've wanted to know the answer to that!
  9. To be voted on: If a team hires a minority head coach, that team, in the draft preceding the coach's second season, would move up six spots from where it is slotted to pick in the third round. A team would jump 10 spots under the same scenario for hiring a person of color as its primary football executive, a position more commonly known as general manager. If a team were to fill both positions with diverse candidates in the same year, that club could jump 16 spots -- six for the coach, 10 for the GM -- and potentially move from the top of the third round to the middle of the second round. Another incentive: a team's fourth-round pick would climb five spots in the draft preceding the coach's or GM's third year if he is still with the team. That is considered significant because Steve Wilks and Vance Joseph, two of the four African-American head coaches hired since 2017, were fired after one and two seasons, respectively. https://www.nfl.com/news/owners-to-vote-on-resolution-to-incentivize-minority-hc-gm-hires

It looks more like Julie Bowen. This is Sofia Vergara at age 11....
  11. I remember jogging in the 70s. It seemed like every other car would have punks yelling ***** at you..................then even in the 90s, before my knee died, I would still get occasional taunts and garbage thrown at me.............If I was black, I'd say it was ONLY because I was black.
  12. Didn't he drink Grey Goose before every practice when he was with the Broncos?
  13. I still remember watching Weekend Update on SNL when they announced that David Crosby was the sperm donor. I forget who was in the anchor chair, but he looks into the camera and says "They have heard of genetics, right?"

Doesn't look like Ed O'Neill to me but I'll take your word for it.
  15. Cassidy's. It hasn't been used in 35 years and it was the best bar ever, so you can't go wrong.
  16. Before - real and spectacular...................After Hef's obsession with implants, horrible
