  1. It totally broke my heart seeing Thurman in that Dolphin gear even though he was inactive for their game here .. All the great years he had with us, it was like it he and those memories had been totally contaminated the second he put on their uniform .. He couldn't played for any other team and I would've been okay with it and understood, but NOT that one ...
  2. I think I remember that game too, the BILLS won 16-13, and it was OJ's rookie season ? BTW ... Great post otiba ...
  3. The answer to the question of your thread is 'NO' A QB would have had to have been good in the first place to become 'ruined'
  4. Jason Taylor said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG ... FFS you're beyond sensitive ... I do however agree with you about Buffalo having a lot more than just chicken wings. We also have Roast Beef on Weck Ted's Hot Dogs Bocce Pizza Andersons & Condrell's ................. ......... .....
  5. We AREN'T the Colts ... For your information, this was an excellent football team last year, even upon the conclusion of the season. Forget the finale vs Pittsburgh, these BILLS were beating teams decisively both home & away ... 11 | St. Louis Rams | W | 37-17 | | 12 | at Seattle Seahawks | W | 38- 9 | | 13 | at Miami Dolphins | W | 42-32 | | 14 | Cleveland Browns | W | 37- 7 | | 15 | at Cincinnati Bengals | W | 33-17 | | 16 | at San Francisco 49ers | W | 41- 7 we dropped Bledsoe for JP, and regressed like I've never seen, and so very quickly This dood is not an NFL quarterback ... no pass rush and he still can't hit his receivers No accuracy ... No nothing ... Sorry guyz, i'm just being honest
  6. If JP were an accurate passer like either Flutie or Rob, this wouldn't be an issue. I had an open mind about him, but no more. The fella is a bust ... Even when he's protected well he can't hit our receivers .. He has no accuracy whatsoever. sometimes when you make a bad business decision, (Donahue drafting JP), you have to just acknowledge that the pick is a bust and move on, rather than keep hoping he's gonna get good all of a sudden ... the way I look at it, is JP is so bad at hitting his targets, he could very easily have thrown even more interceptions this season than he already his .. Hate to say it y'all, but this guy (JP) is NOT an NFL QB ...
  7. Bobby Beathard was also a major bust during his time at the CHARGERS after he left Washington ... Lets not forget that ... Remember the Ryan Leaf pick also ?
  8. HA HA ... Great run-defense by your Scum Devils dude ... Both Trojan backs just been running all thru them ...
  9. Correction ... they WERE playing well Their time is over ! GO TROJANS !!!
  10. You'd really have to state what kind of food you'd be in the mood for ... Buffalo is like Candyland when it comes to good food ..
  11. Bucknell did, but no longer does .... stopped wearing them AFTER the 2001 season They used to wear the same BILLS helmet that we wore from '76 - '81 BUCKNELL Helmets Howard University does, but they're slightly different. Same logo, they added 'bisons' to it as 'ExiledInIllinois' mentioned, and there's no stripes along the centre of the helmet. Howard University Helmets
  12. No ... because I'd like us to wear the 1965 Throwbacks as - is and Blue pants for the white jersey, for the away games like in 1973, the last year for that helmet & logo
  13. No they're not, we'll be seeing them again ....
  14. very EZaLee mate You simply drink (4) bloody mary's that contains (2) shots of Absolute Citron Vodka in each Then ........ Ya GO onto the BILLS Wall message bord ... Anything else you'd care to dispUte ?
  15. Kelly didn't always call his own plays, yet he always found Reed, Lofton, Beebe, McKeller, and Tasker Fergie always found Butler & Lewis ... he NEVER called his own plays Anything else you care to dispute ?
  16. I'll betcha a BOCCE'S pizza that we WILL be seeing the throwbacks again ???
  17. da BEARS wear white at home ... vs LIONS I don't remember them ever doing that BENGALS wearing white at home too vs Minnesota twas surfin' during commericials God how I love NFL Sunday Ticket and GOD how I love the BILLS !!!
  18. Either go back to the 1965 throwbacks, AS-IS or ..... Don't go back at all .. That'd be defeating the purpose mate Colbalt Blue pants for white jerseys seems fine, as we wore 'em in 1973 w/ that same throwback helmet and logo Logo didn't change 'til 1974
  19. Cool ... please ask him now to produce us a 'white' throwback to wear in SD against their powder blue throwbacks and ... the blue pants from 1973 too, in the 1965 Colbalt Blue and don't tamper w/ them 1965 socks .. they're perdy damn cool cheers ...
  20. Trust me when I say that if we're gonna be held to that 2x per season restriction by the NFL, there's no way we'd be donning them today ..
  21. Well then in all due respect I will also tell you that we've also known all week that it'd be cold in Buffalo when the Patriots come in December ..
  22. # 83 Lee Evans throwback joysee ... he'zz da man !!!
  23. With all due respect, we've known all week that game-time temp would be about 95° There's nothing exclusive about the info from your phone call dude
  24. Aye ... throwbacks are 'medium cobalt blue' ... 90's are 'royal blue' Well, there's no way the BILLS would be wearing them today IF they knew it was the last time we can wear them this season ... Everyone .. players, fans, national media is raving about the throwbacks Me thinx we're gonna be seeing our throwbacks more than just 2-3 times this season I believe the BILLS are hammering the NFL behind the scenes about it .. and ... 1994, SF 49ers had their red throwbacks with the white pants instead of the burnished gold, liked them so much that they got the NFL to ease the restriction and let them wear theirs for the remainder of the season and in their Super Bowl vs Chargers ... Bring 'em back permanently i say ... and don't mess w/ them cool socks & those black shoes
