  1. We are 4-4. IMO we will be dogs to four of our next five opponents. Please leave the " Any given Sunday." Argument out as I get it.

IF we lose to the Seahawks and Bengals we are 4-6. I would guess we would beat the Jags but that is not a given. Then Raiders and Steelers and we are looking at 5-8.

Could we then PLEASE put Jones in at QB as we know who EJ and TT are. Of course this would have to be a mandate from Pegula as Rexy' s mancrush on TT would never permit him to do it.

This iteration of the Bills is not going to get us to a Super Bowl much less limp us into a Wild card this year or next. Lay the blame where you wish. There is tons of it to go around but to think this team has a chance at anything this season is pure delusion.

It's not quitting, it's not defeatist. It just is.

  2. I don't think they will pay him. He's not a QB.

He extends plays? How about running a decently tempoed offense by pulling the trigger with a moderate amount of quickness. We need to LOSE OUT and star again!!! This team isn't going to the playoffs this year or next year. BILLS fans need to stop thinking that sneaking a mediocre team into the final wildcard spot is a desirable goal.

  3. Unless Jones pans out we do NOT have a starting QB on this roster.

I don't like the Defense or coaching either.

I don't want to believe this but I do.

My concern is Rex gets a pass because of injuries/ ownership frugality but even if we had Belichek TT is not going to get it done.

QB is only one of the many problems with the Bills.😟

  4.

    Exactly right.

And one of the reasons the Pats are throwing team is because they have arguably the best QB of all time.

We all agree that it would be awesomely helpful if Tyrod became a better QB. But comparing his passing output to Brady's is fairly meaningless.

  5. It's a big silly but as much as some of you don't want to admit it, EJ is almost the same as a passer as Tyrod. The turnovers is the major difference but EJ actually will attend passes over the middle.

I hope Tyrod shows franchise type skills before the end of the year. But I wonder what their careers would be like if EJ got to sit behind Flacco and Tyrod had to play right away.

Was thinking this same things by earlier. KAMPAI!!!

  6. Really! I guess we should draft a guy like Jax's QB or perhaps Houston's. Even Wentz, who I like a lot, seems to have regressed a bit from his fast start. Is the draft a crap shoot ? You bet. For the time being, I'll stick with our guy until at least the end of the year. Don't forget that we have a third QB on the team who hopefully will benefit from his year on the bench. We shall see.

I'll give you Jones, but the 4-3 record is soon going to look like a dream unless we face Brisset this week again.

  7. Neither is a starting caliber QB at this level.

EJ does seem to do better when he is unscripted.

Whatever magic/ spark we saw two summers ago from TT is clearly gone, like Edwards after his concussion.

This is why we need to lose out and draft a QB

  8. The "Miami heat" got to us.

Refs are out to get us.

They didn't call holding when our pass rushers were held.

    Too many injuries.

Dareus needs more time to find peace with his inner self and the subs just couldn't stop the run.

    The international Zionist conspiracy movement.

Vladimir Putin hacked into our iPads and sold game plan information to the Dolphins.

The Bills were distracted by the Miami cheerleaders.

At their last secret meeting, the Bilderberger Group decided Buffalo can't beat the Dolphins.

The Illuminati paid off the referees and key Bills to make sure we lost.

Tom Brady's minions manipulated our football air pressure prior to the opening kickoff.

The dog ate our game plan.

    You missed two obvious ones:

For the Republicans.... It's all Obama's fault,he's had enough time to right this ship.

For Democrats..... It's all Bushes fault, look what Obama's accomplished from the crapfest he inherited.

  9. No, this is absolutely defeatist. Man up sissy pants. Yes, the bills got outplayed by the Fins, but it doesn't mean the season is over. We still have a winning record for Christs sake.

Just because my pants are pink doesn't make me a sissy...💋💄👙

And yes, the season is over you just have too much " homer" in your coolade.

  10. We have crappy DC.

We have a crappy head coach.

We don't actually know what we have at OC but mediocre is probably the fest description.

We had beaten 4 crappy teams in a row.

TT isn't a franchise QB and is behind EJ in impressive comebacks displayed.

Gotta leave for work so I'll stop here. Somebody else pick it up and show that it's not defeatist it's reality.

We are going to get creamed by NE. Then Brisset will be the obvious reason we got the earlier win.

Oh wait, those aren't excuses they are reasons.

  11. Right here boss.

We finish 10-6, I'm more than happy to change my tag name. Hell, I'll let someone else pick it.

However, it's 5 games and we've shown we can also play like the worst team in the league. We can easily still finish at 8-8. How quickly we forget our 5-2 starts that still ended in futility.

Regardless, what's thrilling about this post is the superiority without backing. You are gloating after 5 games? I think you forget two things:

1 - We are the losingist franchise in all of sports (playoff drought) until proven otherwise. We've been teased before and I'm actually really impressed with the "one game at a time" attitude that most posters are keeping to. Not too hyped, not too down.

2 - Everyone on here is a fan and want what's best for the team. Everyone who wants to FireRex, draft a QB, trade Sammy all want the same thing; a winning team. We are allowed to have different opinions. So, if this is how you get your jollies, more power to you.

But I'll make you a bet. We make the playoffs, you can pick my screen name. We don't, I pick yours. Deal?

    Ha!!!! Nice bet.

The defense looking good against Brisset, .Palmer and Keenum....?

I'm not trolling but " Fool me once shame on you, fool me 17 times I just might be a koolaid drinking Bills fan."

3-13 is what I'm hoping for but I am also not even watching this year as I could see this coming from a mile away. T

Last thought, How good does that 9-7 season feel two years later? What value does it have now?

Where are we in 2 years if they managed to eke 9-7 out again?

  12. EJ will leave this dumpster fire of a franchise. He could hang out, stay in shape and wait for the inevitable opportunity to sign with a franchise like NE/ Brissett or Minn./ Bradford or Browns / Kessler

If he were available right now he would wanted by someone, though the Browns would be a lateral move.

He's chasing his dream... Good for him. Wish someone paid me that kinda coin to carry a tablet

  13. The BN writers will heap on praise when they have a big win (yes, even Sully & Gleason) and they do point out in the game break-down's what they did right (as well as wrong). But when everything goes to hell in a hand basket? You better believe that the Buffalo sports media is going to let it be known...their job isn't to sugar coat the fact that the Bills are awful.

It's like the poster said when he referenced the Browns and what a joke they are to the league and that we need to take a long, hard look in the mirror. Guess what? All NFL fans think the same way about the Bills...as well they should - because why? Because they ARE a joke!

Can't you tell that even the almighty Vic Carruci writes as though he's about ready to throw in the towel? Good Lord...going from Buffalo (to NFL. com) to Cleveland and then back to Buffalo? It's a wonder the guy isn't hanging from the rafters by now!

    😂😂😂😂😂

  14. The chances of us landing a qualified HC after the brothers Ryan are shown the door is practically nil.

We have had Two(!) coaches quit in the last 12 years. Quit a head coaching position in the NFL.

I clearly was slinging mud at Marrone on the way out but grudgingly have to admit that both he and Mularkey probably did themselves a favor leaving.

Unless, the Pegulas hand over the keys to the whole show to someone with written guarantees not to meddle I can't see where anyone desirable would want to deal with this s BS.
