I give the school credit on the fact that they fired the guy once this became public, but that being said I can't believe the guy thought saying he wanted to shooting so any of his own students would not get him fired.

To low information people yes. The federal government used to allow people to deduct their credit card interest from their taxes but one of the reasons they don't anymore is it encouraged the stupid to pay $1000 in interest payment to save $250 on taxes. To ensure I am being clear, no one received any real benefit from the $1000, except the credit card company, but people still saw it as a benefit.

Do you believe most people finance $500k+ cars like normal people do? They don't use auto loans, they might get financing but it will be a personal loan at a greatly reduced rate. The Congress can authorize more loans, since we are spending much more than we take in as a federal government. FEMA having a 30 billion budget but apparently spent it all on non-Emergency Management items, if you don't believe me look at their website where their top two priorities are not Emergency prep or management issues. As for the 1% statement for foreign aid, that does not include any money sent to the Ukraine for this war, or money to Israel, or money to anyone else we are sending help to help fight wars. Lastly the US Navy is primarily protecting shipping lanes is not worth my time, you have no concept of how the Navy runs or what anyone in the hierarchy believes.

I will clarify his lie. The news stations are running an ad that is factually a lie to support a Democrat cause. The ad says that current law will not allow an abortion to save mothers life, which is a lie, and those claiming it know it is a lie. But it does show where his side lands on free speech, if liberals lie it is allowed but if a conservative person has a different opinion then we cut it off.

This is very true, I have friends who have lived in FL for 15 years but moved to Sarasota 6 months ago who are "gonna ride it out". I have tried to reason with them but they will not come inland.

This is also likely partly due to the fact that the school board has been adding in all the COVID money into the annual budget as of it was normal money. They have to cut some jobs somehow because they have 300 million less coming from the fed. This is similar to my school where the district is dealing with similar issues and the "temporary" workers want to keep their nice easy jobs.
