This is a untrue statement for the vast majority of the country. Orange County FL gave high schoolers computers 8 years ago and middle schoolers them 5 years ago but only gave them to elementary kids because of Covid. No intelligent person believes more than 5% of elementary student would benefit from a computer based curriculum more than a personal one. The video of him throwing the bomb to Hill that has everyone excited reminds me of Fitz, all NFL QBs can make that throw but the time to wind up and launch is often what matters, Josh, Aaron and Patrick don't need to wind up.
