    You remember wrong. Jacksonville won over Baltimore and Saint Louis. This decision triggered the subsequent relocation rush especially after Tags told Baltimore fans to move on from the idea of getting a franchise.

    It is not as if population has changed that much since 1994. Even if LA needs modern stadiums in order to sell tickets - and you have no proof that that was the problem before - why did it have so much trouble selling out when they had the Raiders and the Rams with such a large population from which to draw? The Bills generally sell out despite having a dump of a stadium.

    Al Davis' argument is that he paid a relocation fee when the Raiders moved to Los Angeles, but he never was returned the money when he left LA. I wouldn't call Al Davis undefeated in the court room. The reason why he has any argument is because he lost the court case challenging the relocation fee.
