  1. I think they must really like Boobie in the locker room. I'll admit, I don't watch him closely enough on special teams to say if he's great, good, decent, or below average, but I don't see the big Easley type plays out of him on that front. Running the ball, I don't think he is useful at all. Man he looks slow. With Karlos back there, what's the point? It would be nice to have Bryce sitting back there, as you said, to complement any absence of McCoy. If Shady does sit this week, Boobie will definitely get a few additional touches to relieve Karlos. We'll see what happens, and wouldn't be surprised if we're hearing more buzz about this then.
  2. THX I think he's an excellent interview. He's soft spoken, but what he says is very interesting. Seems like a really intelligent guy... Tech baby!
  3. Yeah that's for the obstructed view seats though. FedEx Field is a piece of crap. Be careful when you buy in the 200s.
  4. Link to the video?
  5. Is he really not on an NFL squad yet? I agree with this 100%. I find it really hard to believe that there isn't a team out there who could benefit from a few touches from him.
  6. When you play the Pats, you have to beat them and the refs. It's a tough task, but it can be done.
  7. Really like Clay. He seems like a legit dude with great, collected attitude. http://www.buffalobills.com/video/videos/Charles_Clay_Its_Obviously_A_Great_Feeling/e5c1d9bd-cbed-4165-92a9-c631e4a98e9f
  8. For some reason, they have trouble with those.
  9. There's always some damn team that will overpay. Look at Levitre. Someone will have a ton of cap space and they'll shell out.
  10. Couldn't agree more. If Whaley can find a way to do it that makes sense financially, I am all for it. Possible that Glenn isn't worth a huge LT contract, but it's a little early to say. Whaley has shown himself to be pretty shrewd when it comes to making the contracts work. So far, I've loved everything about Percy as a Bill.
  11. Correct. Give it a few more games for teams to start getting worn down, and watch Mario/the D line's sack numbers start to skyrocket. Or just throw the ball in a panic like Tannehill or Luck to be picked off by our secondary. Pick your poison. I think we're fine with either.
  12. Did you know he went to Harvard, too? Also, I heard he wears his wedding ring while he plays.
  13. Yes, now, if only there was a like button on TBD so we could all like this and indicate our support for such a thing.
  14. This ^ I hope this is the case, and they should be able to get great value there. A center who can play guard or vice versa as needed would be great. Urbik and Wood, and another year older for both? Yeah, that is a position of need for sure. I'll also add on to this that hopefully we are in a position to take BPA, and if a huge talent falls to us, you pull the trigger, regardless of position.
  15. Oh hell yes. I'm right there with you. I don't own McCoy, but Blount is bye next week and Gruden hates Freddy Morris. Let's get Shady fully healthy and give Karlos the Hoss a full load!
  16. Bought a Hughes for myself and a Tyrod for my lady! We are looking fresh.
  17. It's possible. I think it;s much more likely that they will be 9-0 when we see them again. Looking at their schedule... who can stop them? That is, of course, except for the Buffalo Bills, the saviors of the AFC
  18. #whaleygenius
  19. You're not kidding about the ball skills. It's also about position, which they are phenomenal at. They get their heads turned around and put themselves in great spots to make plays on the ball. Gotta tip my hat to Donnie Henderson, Dennis Thurman, and Rex on this front, as well. Getting a rookie up to speed that fast is... wow.
  20. Ouch. Sorry Victor. Tough team to come back and try and get in football shape against. My condolences.
  21. Looks awesome. He should get those hands inside, but since he didn't get called, looks like a great block and a better picture to me!
  22. That's what I'm going with! In all seriousness, the dolphins did not sell out their home opener. I repeat, the game was not sold out. I don't think it's an equal comparison.
  23. Hey, he had em ready to go from the get go last week too! We decided to give the Pats the ball on the 30 and the 15 to start the game after that, but our offense drove it down their throats to start that one. I'm excited about this O. A lot of weapons out there.
  24. I left with 4:00 in the fourth... because I had to drive 7 hours by myself back to DC to be back at work at 8:00am the next day. Not everyone has a little jump over to Cheektowaga after the game! Judge not!
