  1. If you can, go easy on coach Philbin please. He lost a child not long ago and I'm sure it has sucked the life out of him. I'm not asking anyone to restrict their freedom of speach, just to have an understanding heart - if you're able to. If you can, go easy on coach Philbin please. 2. Google: NFL GAMEPASS. Sign up and for approximately $260 you get the entire season + playoffs and SB + access to NFL network through about 31 July next year (therefore u get the combine, draft, nfl network shows, etc.) It works for me here in Seoul, South Korea. Great connection and no issues Forgot to add .... U can watch all the games and watch them anytime u want - not just when they are being broadcast
  3. Reading some of the other comments - looks like there must be 2 different types of NFL GAMEPASS: a U.S. and an international version...??..... Can anyone confirm ?
  4. Works in South Korea where I'm at now. I had a problem with viewing 2 years ago and learned through game pass customer service that it had something to do with the Adobe Version I had on my laptop. Don't know how Adobe is related to viewing game pass, but updating to the latest version of Adobe worked for me. I hope it helps you. What country are you in? If you do mind me asking .... I'm just asking bc I like to know how spread out our fan base is.
  5. Just a point to make...... Van Miller's passing is not covered at NFL.com (even though it's the off season - actually the slowest news cycle on the NFL calendar ) yet Fox News has the story .... Nice of them to recognize Mr. Miller. Link: http://www.foxnews.com/sports/2015/07/19/longtime-buffalo-bills-announcer-van-miller-dies-at-87/
  6. Don't know why my original post on this was deleted, anyway - here's my second try. 1. Bob Kalsu 2. Jim Braxton 3. Joe Ferguson 4, Fred Smerlas 5, Jim Kelly 6. Steve Tasker 7. Darryl Talley 8. Bruce Smith 9. Doug Flutie 10. Fred Jackson

  8. Seoul, Korea...... That would be AWESOME!!!!!!! The fans here are truly fanatics.
  9. Im thinking of the Penn State QB, christian hackenberg.... They need a QB, he won't be the best available in next years draft , so he is attainable , and he has the PSU connection with TP. Just a guess - no real logic.
  10. Welcome aboard - I'm sort of a newby myself around here! We need your type around here to chime in and tell us from time to time how it was being a Bills fan in the 1960s. We look forward to your input! Have a wonderful day!
  11. They don't like "Olive Ball" - that's how they refer to football. Anyway - I'll talk to them today and ask what this is all about. Will be back shortly with an answer......
  12. What's wrong with learning how to play guard from Incognito ? He has been one of the best in the business - at least from what I've heard and read.
  13. Just FYI, DRAFTek has Buffalo selecting the UCLA DT. I also read somewhere, I don't recall where, that HCRR is also wanting to improve DT depth. I thought all was ok.
  14. I thought it was Oregon ? Or are u thinking of someone else ?
  15. Where there's manure, there's a pony

  16. I've been in since '94, 5 years enlisted (made my E5 and dam proud of it) in combat support and 16 years as an officer - where they assigned me as logistician. If you can believe it, I haven't lived in the US since 1995. Have served throughout Europe and Asia and love it - ALOT - but more than ever I'm ready to come home. I definitely know Pohang - partied hard there - girls dancing on tables, whiskey and everything else. I also spent time at Camp Zama - wow were the ladies great there - and of course went to Roppongi in Tokyo -WOW. We have definitely crossed paths. Anyway, now I have to take care of my wonderful son, my profile pic ( I still don't know how to rotate that picture) I just promised him today that I will take him to his first Bills game around Thanksgiving this year - I have to wait for the scheduled to be published. It will be a huge culture shock for me to come back to the states - I hope I don't do or say anything too offensive . Finally - Thanks for sharing your background!!! As I believe I stated earlier in this post - the game wasn't on local tv when I thought it would be. I didn't say I didn't watch the SB. Also, AFN is not available to those who live in apt towers such as myself where satellite dishes are prohibited - I'm on the 21st floor of a 32 story apt bldg. Additionally, I also stated earlier that I ALWAYS wake up for each game at 2am Monday morning so a 8:30am SB start time is easy - they give us the day off for the game. FYI, I watch my games online on NFL GamePass. Sorry if I mislead u in an earlier post.
  17. I've been to both camps - good stuff! Thanks for your kind welcome! Obnoxious ? I love it! Bring it on! I can take!
  18. Wow - that's awesome!!! You're further away from home than I am. I made a promise to mead107 that I'm coming back for a game later this year.... I already did half the coordination today - will be there in conjunction with thanksgiving - I'm just waiting for the schedule to be published. Join us if u can. Would love to see you! I'll post my my agenda as we get closer to thanksgiving. Is it appropriate to bring my 6 year old son along to a tailgate at HammerLot? I really don't know - so it's a serious question.
  19. No, our Navy friend who was one of the first to comment has done 30 years. I've only completed 21 years - we'll almost - in April 2015 I will have completed 21 years. Anyway, thanks for your kind welcome. Thanks for your welcome - what's your story ? With the US Marines I assume ? Wow - that's awesome!!! You're further away from home than I am. I made a promise to mead107 that I'm coming back for a game later this year.... I already did half the coordination today - will be there in conjunction with thanksgiving - I'm just waiting for the schedule to be published. Join us if u can.
  20. You got it! I'll bring my son too - pictured (although I haven't yet figured out how to rotate his pic). He's almost 6 but turning into a mans man - I think he can handle - unless you might advise otherwise.Anyway - I look forward to it. I'll choose a game when the schedule gets published and will let you know. Done!
  21. Yeah, I remember that, it was TOTALLY unbelievable for me.... That they imported that Korean stuff so close to my hometown / region. Not only are there no Bills fans in Korea (Among the Korean populace) but they didn't even show the Superbowl here. I checked all the local channels during the game and asked my Korean friends about it - they were clueless about the game. I was surprised because I always hear about the game being a worldwide broadcast. Hahahahahaha....... Thanks for the Richie Incognito bully style welcome ...... I like it and I'm smiling ..... Not sarcasm. I look forward to the off-season banter.
  22. For now, the US is staying right where they have been for the last 60+ years - I know because I'm a lead on the transition team. It's hard to find like minded fans from any team because the 1pm (EST) Sunday games start on Monday in Korea at 2am/3am (depending on the fall season time change). Let me tell you, during the season, Monday is a LONG work day - especially if your boss doesn't get up to watch football. Thanks for sharing your Korea experience with me!!
