I think people come up with scenarios to fit their narrative, and they don't need to be based on fact. How do you know Gilmore doesn't want to be here(not that I would blame him for wanting to leave), you really think he doesn't try hard, that all his success comes despite trying? Many say his injury was based on tackling technique- does anyone know this as fact? Or again, it just fits the narrative those want to make to put him down. I don't think he's worth the $15million he may be asking for, I think he is worth a lot and I think we will miss him not being here next season as I don't think they'll sign him. Because Dareus hasn't shown us any reason to believe that. This is not meant to be a knock at KW, I just think you are overstating the leadership deal. KW is one of my favorite players, sign him because of him, not somebody else.

I'm not sure that's a feather in his cap, based on how Dareus has behaved over the years. But i'd like to restructure and keep him. Cut Graham and Carpenter saves us around $9mm right there. Restructure a few more deals and we have plenty of space.

Hughes needs to improve , no doubt. But can't see Alexander as a suitable replacement.

Let's not get fooled by one great year by Alexander. He's old by football standards, players performances fall off quickly at this age. Anything we get from him will be a bonus.
