I think so. I didn't DVR the game, so I can't confirm. But, from what I recall the defense stunted and Levitre missed Harrison, Bell rode his guy out of the play. So, I'd say Levitre missed the block, not Bell. But, I can't recall if there was a RB that could have picked up the outside guy meaning Bell should have stayed on Harrison more. Even still, if that's the only play in question, I'd say it was a good game against a tough team. How long has it been since we could say that neither the Oline nor the QB are the reason we lost the game (and there's no tougher test than facing the Steelers defense)?

Stevie had a rough game, no question. But, he's a Bill and I'm proud to have him on our team. I'll cheer him week in and week out.

Bill, I'll be interested to read your take on Bell's game. But, from my perspective, he had another solid game. The one sack he may have missed an assignment? He took the outside rusher and Harrison(?) stunted inside to get the sack. Again, not sure that's a miss on Bell, but other than that one play he seemed pretty solid. At this point in the season, I'd say the line is steadily improving. I think they still need to work on their communication. But, all in all, they're looking like an improving unit each week.

It'll be interesting to see how the team responds to this tough loss next week. Both Fitz and Stevie sounded as depressed and upset, respectively, as I've ever seen in a post game press conference. Maybe I'm just so used to the "we'll look at the tape" answers, but this loss seems to have really hit the players hard. It's nice to think the losses hurt the players as much as it does us fans. I just hope they can use all these close losses to finally turn the corner and win more of these kinds of games. Because it sucks to always be so close... yet so far away.

Easily the most uninspired half of football since week 2. I don't mind being down by 13 so much as I just hate the seemingly slackass play. There's no hustle, no hitting, no emotion, no nothing out there. Just some guys jogging around. You'd like to think that a young team would want to at least attempt to give the Steelers a knock in the jaw. But, we got nothing.

This is when Fitz's accuracy kills us. Today's he's got to be perfect because they're getting so few chances with the ball. Thos couple of poorly thrown balls are the difference between keeping the offense on the field and, now Moorman punting.

Was there ever a doubt? Being his second offense, I'm a little surprised it's not more.

Actually, WTC 4, 5, and 6 were all damaged quite severely. #5 mostly on the south facing side away from #7. #6 had a hole in the middle of the building and severe damage extending to the north towards #7. #7 was completely collapsed. It's completely plausible that parts of WTC #1 fell on #6 and into #7 causing the collapse. I'm not a structural engineer nor am I an expert in falling buildingolgy; but many of the buildings around the site were structurally unstable and on the verge of collapse (1Liberty Plaza, for example). On the surface, they appeared to receive minimal damage; yet it took several weeks to confirm they wouldn't fall as well. Perhaps #7 was built poorly. Perhaps debris fell more directly on it than it would appear. Perhaps NYC OEM blew it up because they really wanted a new office. Perhaps there's no real mystery at all. But, I guess it's fun to postulate.
