  1. Nice! Thanks. I love this guy more with each interview. Asked about the Why So Serious and possible fine: I didn't know I could get fined for it. But, if I do I guess I'll be alright with it. Of course, I'd be happy to not get fined too. ... I'm just a kid out here playing a game I love, trying to bring some energy to the city. Asked to comment on Fitz: Ryan Fitzpatrick is a nerd. Since when have you even known of a nerd to be a failure. He's a gamer, man. Takes more flack for his wife beater and tells Irvin: "Hey Mike, Why so serious?" Dude's got a great attitude.
  2. Isn't that exactly what was said just prior to the Ravens game? I seem to recall him having a pretty decent game against one of the premier defenses in the league that day. I guess we forget all about that now? So, what will be the excuse if Fitz plays another solid game against the Steelers, but we lose because the defense lets them score 30+ points? You're pinning your assessment of Fitz on 1 game; however, most others advocating for Fitz are looking at the sum of all his games this season. Every QB and team has bad games. One bad game does not make the season. So, regardless of how Fitz looks against the Steelers, how can you so easily discount his performance against the Ravens? The reality is... Fitz is putting together one of the best seasons we've seen from a QB in the last decade. That's hard to dismiss.
  3. I looked for it too. This is the closest I could find. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCiptGykhP8
  4. Excellent, thanks!!! Stevie is quickly becoming my favorite Bill. You just gotta love his enthusiasm for the game and the Bills! I hope he keeps having fun out there; and as long as he keeps the celebrations tasteful, I'm all for it. Definitely love the giving Chris Carter a hard time!
  5. Hate to admit it, but... that was pretty funny stuff.
  6. I agree. It'd be nice to see him screaming at Fitz on the sideline to throw him the damn ball. Or jumping up and down on the field, waving his arms in the endzone, then walking back to the huddle pissed because Fitz threw to Stevie instead. Maybe he should come out in his next press conference and claim that the team's not using him properly and we could be scoring more if Fitz included him in the gameplan more. It's truly amazing that people still find something to about after a great offensive performance. Dr. Dank is right... some people just aren't happy unless they're trying to run someone out of town. Give it a rest people, we finally have a competent offense - no need to run any of them out of town (except maybe the TEs).
  7. More ideas from a couple months ago...
  8. Excellent point that is all too often forgotten around here. Players have bad plays or even bad games; that doesn't mean they should be cut. Teams have weeks; that doesn't mean they completely suck. Bell has looked completely adequate for most of the season... not Pro Bowl great, but good enough for LT to finally be marked off the must draft list.
  9. No worries, here. I already tweeted about my snappy comeback!
  10. I know.. pretty good come back, huh.
  11. Or... perhaps you need a new pair of glasses?
  12. Translation: I checked my Fantasy Football page for the latest stat leaders and didn't see Whitner mentioned; therefore, he sucks.
  13. But after those seasons, it took 5 years to make it to the Super Bowl. Are you prepared to wait 5 years to be a serious contender? Or will you be hoping they tank it in about 3 more years when they're not quite there yet and the new franchise QB is looking about average and the stud DE is looking overweight in camp. At what point do you just start hoping they win every week and forget about trying to win the draft?
  14. So are season ending injuries.
  15. I think you're missing the point. If we lose out this year and Luck doesn't declare for the draft; then we just lose out all next year as well. See how great it can be... the Bills can win the draft every year if they only want to!! There's a long, proven history of teams drafting #1 and winning the next year. All you have to do is ignore facts and it's undeniable.
  16. Takes one to know one!
  17. The Bills are showing a lot of grit! I really liked the way McKelvin got into it with TO. But, I really liked the way his team mates backed him up. I liked the way they never gave up, even when down by 21 points and Fitz not looking very good at all. The bench never looked defeated. And I really like the attitude Stevie plays with. Over the last decade, we've seen this team find every way possible to lose a game. Is it possible that they're starting to find ways to win a game? I know there are quite a few holes still on this team. I know they just beat 2 pretty bad teams. I know they still have a long way to go and a lot of players to still get. But, one of the hardest things to do may actually be happening - this team may finally, finally be starting to believe in themselves. And that grit, that swagger, that expecting to win despite the score; seems to be taking hold. For me, that was the most impressive thing today. But, then again maybe I'm wrong.
  18. True. No one is arguing that. But, that really is his only major problem. My question, and one I can't answer, is can he improve his accuracy over time? None the less, all QBs have bad games or bad halves and throw bad passes. The question is are they more bad than good? So far this season, I would say Fitz has been more good than bad. So, I'll readily take him as our starter. But, I do hope he can correct some of his accuracy issues.
  19. Is this Moorman's first punt of the game?
  20. And THAT run is why Fred Jackson is the man!!
  21. A stop here would be REALLY nice.
