There is no Credence, Chan was an idiot and his views = a losing record every year he was HC. If CJ gets paid as a starter and has his talent... you get his ass on the field every chance you can....but you be smart about it. I say he needs 20 'Touches' per game. 15 runs, and about 5-8 reception attempts. He is WAY too good not to give him that many touches. For those stupid enough (yeah I said STUPID) to say he needs to RUN the ball 20+ times per game Thurman Thomas played in 182 games with a total of 15.8 rushing attempts per game and about 3 recpeptions per game so 18 touches for his career per say. http://www.pro-footb.../T/ThomTh00.htm CJ is faster than Thurman ever was and I will say more explosive overall. So if you can get him say 13-15 rushing attempts and try to get him 5 or so passes, the kid can be a HUGE difference maker for us. But 20 + carries per game... This aint madden folks!

If carrington and his agent think he is worth more than he is, then you let him go. New England Baltimore Green Bay Pittsburgh Teams that are competitive year in and year out do NOT overpay. They draft well, train them up and make them a fair offer, If they say F U to the team the team franchises them then either trades them or lets them walk. I pray Whaley is the same way.

I Can't disagree with you CB. The only thing I don't like about Charlotte is most of the fans at BOA stadium are very white collar. The place never completely sells out and hell they have like a phone number to call if you feel a fan is cheering too loud or some crap to have security come get them. But yeah, I think Charlotte from a football stand point and Buffalo from an overall culture stand point need to change up some.

The problem is you dont' EVER overpay for a Guard...EVER. And Tenn is going to get bit in the ass for overpaying our guy. The Vikings signed one of the best guards in NFL history and the best guard in the NFL at the time, it didn't help them win a superbowl. My problem is how can this front office with all the talent out there even in later rounds of the draft, not find a guard that can clearly start for us.Of all the positions on an NFL team this has to be the easiest to find. I hope Whaley's Pittsburgh back ground finally kicks in and he finds some hog molly's to put at both guard spots this next offseason.

No. I would trade his ass the first chance I get. Safteys are needed but NOT to the tune of the money Byrd wants. NO safety is worth that type of jack period. Look get through this season and draft a damn good one next year. Trade Byrd while you can get something for him.

Great Stuff Astro, BUT 1 Caviat I see. The Ravens have always had good to great Offensive lines and a damn good Front 7 on Defense. Our DL has been a turnstile for RB's the last few seasons. Our OL though has had some promise but I am slightly concerned with Guard. Granted most of the time you can pick and plug in a new guard but it seems the Bills can't find a clear cut starter that doesn't want to be vastly overpaid. (Ie Wants out of Buffalo imho).
