    I would not say there were a lot of problems either, relative to other teams. But I can see where there were areas of concern.

    At times during the season, yes. Jax and Pats MNF come to mind as games that would have been won with a different offensive game plan. Overall, until the playoffs, it always seemed like despite some of the big points they rolled up, they left a ton of points on the field.

    Tierney is a Daboll guy, believe he followed him from Bama. I always thought he would continue to follow him. Bills thinking bigger for that role, likely would have kept him as asst QB coach if he didn’t follow Daboll

    I understand that frustration. McDermott was ranked the 7th most aggressive HC In the nfl in 2020, assume that was even higher this year. I think his aggressiveness in those situations, in general, has increased directly with his level of confidence in his QB.

    I agree it would be a “get-right” move but I also feel like Dorsey might be one of those guys who could be a HC candidate next year if the offense looks great. Brady would be a good option to succeed him if so and would be familiar with the personnel.

    I love how the nfl statement yesterday, a whole 2 hours after the lawsuit broke, said it was without merit and they would defend it. So, not even an investigation needed?

    Who can they get to replace him? They need to raise their standard big time. They should be capable of national recruiting, competing for top Ohio recruits, and should own the Detroit and surrounding area. Seems reasonable. Matt Campbell? They will call Fickell - would he??
