He is definitely in the top 10. I'm sure the statisticians will attack, but I go by watching a guy play. Rivers is very good. -

Does anyone consider Tyrod a "great leader"? I don't know that he is bad, but he doesn't really show much that a fan can see. That is one of the things I don't like about him, he is too low key. I can't say for sure, but I don't get the sense that his teammates are ready to run through walls, inspired by Tyrod. -
That might be the best meme I've seen.

President Trump's "alternate facts"

Life in the Institution. That is something I mention here often. My family is full of these people. They went to from college, to teaching jobs with tenure. -

They can't help themselves. Connor Cook will be just as good. -
I thought I heard that people with Reagan were in contact with the Iranians, negotiating to have them keep the hostages until after the election? Trump has been in power for less than a month, and it's been nuts. I certainly can't recall any other president being held under such scrutiny. Will they do this to his successor? Would they have done this to Hillary? Nope.

I live outside of LA, and I haven't noticed a thing. I'll have to ask my daughter if there were many kids absent from school today.

Universal Basic Income

I have been talking about automation for years, and it is another reason why I wonder what the motivations are, behind insisting on admitting massive amounts of immigrants right now. It seems counter-intuitive. I am convinced that many paper pushing type industries (like insurance) were being maintained to provide jobs. Signs of automation replacing people have been obvious (like when you go to an older bank, and there are 15 teller windows, but only 3 tellers). I have given thought to rearranging the standard work week into 4 day (or even two 3-day ) periods, and changing the standard 2-day weekend. -
Refugee Crisis in Europe

Tourism is going to plummet, and I don't see a polite solution. I'm not anxious to see violence, but where can this go? https://twitter.com/PamelaGeller/status/832006673409593348 Are these protests and opinions, or threats? It looks like threats being chanted to me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=48&v=YFHWi4I8Fuo Chants and signs about rights being denied, or inequalities, are protests. Chants and signs about conquering, are threats. -
I'm looking into him more, and have an open mind to him. I fear if he is that good of a prospect, after the combine he will rise out of the Bills' reach.

I don't really see any tight-window throws, or anticipation throws. I see him throwing to open guys or deep throws that are safe as long as they are overthrown. I missed those...which vids do you recommend.

Refugee Crisis in Europe
Prickly Pete replied to Prickly Pete's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
No. But in Europe they aren't just "voicing opinions", they are making threats, then later some are committing violence. And in areas where Sharia law is being enforced, they are committing crimes that I would consider a revolt against the government. -

You didn't really respond to my question. What do you do with the people that are already there, in the scenarios I laid out? If the KKK was marching peacefully (chanting about violence against blacks) by day, but fire bombing homes by night, what is a reasonable response? -

From what I have read, you seem to be against Trump's immigration policy. As I stated above, I am okay with a limited, and slow-paced immigration policy for Muslims. This election didn't give you that choice, it was "all or nothing", and 4 years (or 8) years of no Muslim immigration ( especially during a time when there is open conflict between the US and these areas) seems like the wiser choice. -

You no wanna respond, Meazza? I am asking a sincere question, if it develops into "non-violent, yet incendiary protests by day, but terrorist attacks by night", that's okay? No-Go Zones where strong arm tactics, and Sharia law rule, and police are chased away with violence, but the non-violent protests with chants of "We will conquer____" shouldn't be considered part of a revolt? -
Trump kept Pence in dark about Flynn's Russia Calls
Prickly Pete replied to Meathead's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
No, but stuff like that seemed to happen all the time, but I never saw it develop into calls for the presidents head (at least since Watergate). It's all bull ****. I doubt there is a single person with any real qualifications, that couldn't be taken down by one of the branches of government. That's how they stay in control. I always return to this video, talking about how Clinton had the FBI and CIA taping other politicians, them gathering more than enough to prosecute, but Bill just keeping the tapes for further use, instead of prosecuting pedophiles like Hastert. -

Sounds legit. Let's have a Trump appointee investigate Hillary, and I'm guessing you want the people that are avowed Trump opponents to investigate Trump? You're useless, because it's all evasions with you. -
Refugee Crisis in Europe
Prickly Pete replied to Prickly Pete's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Well, there have been a number of terrorist acts throughout Europe. And there are plenty of violent riots there. Lot's of burning cars, and attacks of policemen, at the very least. But, it's a leap to associate those with these protesters. I guess they will just have to wait until the violence occurs during an actual protest (as they chant "Jihad! and "We will conquer America!"). 'Til then it's all good! My question also goes beyond an immediate violent response but to the question of immigration. Do you think it's wise to continue admitting more Muslims when they are so discontent, and openly vowing to conquer an allied nation (and even the UK itself)?
