I think Greg Roman's strength is his ability to use talent. That being said, if Clay went down, there are plenty of other play makers I could see him trying to game plan towards. Clay's abilities may not be replaceable by a single player on our roster, however I feel confident in that G-ro could utilize multiple skill sets to get similar results. Less efficient, more predictable but not a concern IMO

Terminology is often the biggest barrier. Like Scott said, Ragland probably knows a lot of what Rex is trying to do. Bart Scott will hopefully transfer the Rex terminology into something that Rags can comprehend easier

I'm all for it. Unlike a majority of people I've spoken to, I think you will see more kick returns because of this. Giving the other team the ball at the 25 shouldn't happen. We'll see a lot of directionally short kicks, forcing teams to return the ball.

As much as it'd be nice to have another play maker at #2, I think woods is suitable for this offense. With so many defensive holes, I couldn't justify, as nice as it sounds, spending a pick to upgrade that position.

It would also mean less football.
