And I, for one, have never said a positive thing about Bruschi. So lets call it even! -

I already know I'm about to be yelling at the TV. I was talking to my neighbor about it yesterday. The only difference between me watching games last year and this year, is that after the game, it takes me about an hour to realize that we won. -

It's going to be a wet one! I expect a lot of Frank Gore up the gut paired with our first long ball TD of the season. -

Week 8 Bills (-1.5) vs Eagles

My point that his injury got worse refers only to the pain it causes, not any structural damage, or increased severity of the injury. As is the case often, when adrenaline and motion cease, the true pain begins to appear. My thought was that this happened the days following his return to action on Sunday. It's entirely possible to be in a non-contact jersey with an injury that's not serious, just for precautionary measures. Tre White did it a few weeks ago. It makes sense to me, but then again, I'm nuts. -

If Duke is inactive, I bet it isn't due to his shoulder How serious could his injury be? After all, he returned to the game last Sunday. My guess is he’s still in a non-contact jersey because the injury is a some sort of bone contusion, slight shoulder sprain or another injury that could be hampered by unnecessary contact (did they ever release the specific issue?) Often nagging issues like these get worse, more painful and/or allow less mobility immediately following the game. This would partially explain why he was able to continue to play right after sustaining he injury but not be healthy practice. They’re probably just playing it safe and letting him heal up, knowing that he can go when it counts. I think you’ll see him active on Sunday. After all, I am a doctor ? -

Week 8 Bills (-1.5) vs Eagles

yep you’re wrong. this is a fair point. We’ve also had our bye. I think the poster may be implying that we are currently healthy compared to the Eagles. That being said, we’ve had our fair share of injuries and have sat plenty of players because of it. Hopefully the early bye won’t come back to haunt us on our Super Bowl run. now if we dethrone the cheaters and take a first round bye, we’ll for sure be healthy -
John Brown is playing like a #1 WR
EmotionallyUnstable replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Isn’t that what I said? I just also threw in that often when ppl think number 1, they want a Julio Jones or Amari Cooper dominating player. He isn’t this threat, but is definitely our number one by far. -

He leads the team in catches and yards and is on pace for 80 grabs and 1200 yards. He is definitely our number one receiver, but maybe not in the traditional sense a dominant #1 is often thought of. -
Week 8 Bills (-1.5) vs Eagles

offensively: - give Allen a clean pocket - no drive killing penalties, drops or turnovers defensively: - create a one dimension offense - make the WRs beat us I hope to see a lot of man coverage will some aggressive stunts/blitzes. if they can do these things, I feel confident in their chances -
It’s a movie quote from “Mr. Deeds” with Adam Sandler. Can’t say I’ve tried it myself

As I mentioned earlier, I think Milano being back will hopefully be a big piece in defending them. He has done well at matching up on TEs. more concerned about stopping the run after today -
