McDermott and Fraiser, when faced with adversity, almost ALWAYS double down on their philosophy. They just don’t want to come out of that personnel grouping, and I don’t expect that to change.

Yep, and Reid is fantastic down there. Some balance would be nice. Especially with Allen struggling and our issues with finding separation down the field, it’s be great for Dorsey to work in and scheme some quick and easy throws to Knox, McKenzie, Shakir, etc. Diggs, I think, lead the league in hitch receptions last year . That has been non existent as of late too.

Just amazes me watching the KC offense, dink and dunk these quick hitters down the field. Didn’t see a single play like that all day by our offense

I don’t get the off-field review…when do they decide something is obvious enough that they should step in? When are coaches expected to challenge, vs getting an obvious overturn by the refs. It just offers more ambiguity in the NFLs already sketchy officiating. They need to get rid of that, or make it more transparent.

I would have hoped to see Dodson slide in for Milano. I think he offers more in terms of run support, which I feel is likely the only way the Jets can attack us. It’ll put a bit more pressure on the DTs, gotta keep the rookie clean to make some plays.

He was the associate HC and defensive coordinator last year, and they still have a god-awful defense. im sure they would catch some flack for it, but they’d be justified in pointing to the results, even if he isn’t given a fair shake
