This thread should be merged with the brilliant thread from a few weeks ago on this very subject and how there was NO way the Bills would release him. Forget who started that one.

I believe 2025 is the year where there is supposed to be a huge jump in the cap due to the TV deals signed a year or two ago.

Now we just have to hope Reid and Kelce both decide to retire after winning this one like some rumors have been mentioned the past month. It’s our only hope for the future.

SF is probably the most talented team in the league. If they would have played mistake free tonight they would easily beat KC. But they are making enough mistakes to keep KC in it. No comparison between SF and Miami.

Actually this is one of those weird stats I’ve been tracking since I first started going to games in the 70’s when my parents had season tickets. I’ve also had season tickets some occasional years myself once older. Living in four different states the past three decades has made it harder to do that. So as of this past season my in person Bills record stands at 93-29 overall including 4-0 for away games.

Exactly. I’m willing to bet Allen will never agree to go, even if he was voted a starter. Allen remembers disrespect and I fully expect him to never show up to a pro bowl. He’s got way better things to do with his time.

And we only got Kelly for 10 years due to his late start in the NFL. I think Brady and Rodgers have made a lot of people think having 20+ year careers and playing into your 40s is now going to become the norm for great QBs. Josh Allen will not be playing into his 40s. I’d bet the farm on that. We don’t know how many years he has left. So yeah, I’d say there is urgency. You only get so many swings at the can.

He will retire soon. Maybe even this year. Hopefully Reid goes soon too. We just have to outlast the Chiefs.
