yes Crossman, Dennison, Robieski, Castillo, Fraiser isn't good. McDermott needs to do a way better with his coaches.

It's hard to say because of Castillo. If Castillo was really that bad then it's hard to really evaluate how good/bad the players are. I almost think you have to wait until a new oline coach is here to re-evaluate everyone. So that means McDermott needs to fill that position asap.

Oh I agree 100%. McDermott hasn't shown me anything other than being a rah rah type guy. Very questionable decisions made by him relating to coaches, players and in game. That said I really do think the next oline coach will be a whole lot better than Castillo. He almost has to be but McDermotts track record so far leaves a little something to be desired as far a hires go.

With Castillo gone I think the oline improves with addition by subtraction and becomes less of a need in FA than previously thought. Maybe they go after one or more oline but IMO they instantly became better by firing Castillo. I think Shady will have a way better year also, Castillo was horrible and he was gone as soon as the season ended so what does that tell you.

Originally wanted Mayfield but was extremely happy with Allen. After watching the combine and highlights I liked what he offered. Didnt really want Rosen, Jackson and was meh on Darnold. Very happy that we seem to have found our guy. IMO Allen has "it". Its been along time since any Bills QB has had "it".

If Allen doesnt play hero ball the results and mindset are different. They won and were in games because of Allen not because of the head coach was good at his job. If Allen doesnt do what he did the Bills might have only won 3 games this year.
