Orton played 13 games with B Marshall and started 1 game for the Cowboys. So yeah I too would consider Orton to be QBing the best collective talent he has really ever played with here on the Bills.

Still beating that drum , even though it's proven Hacketts schemes have had receivers open all over the field and the QB doesn't have the ability to get them the ball or the opponent defense stacking 8 or 9 in the box limiting the Bills running ability also because the QB doesn't have the ability to keep the defense honest by getting his receiver the ball, but you want to keep blaming Hackett. Ok whatever. I think Orton is going to be throwing the ball all over the field and you will see EJ was the sole problem with this offense.

It looked to me like very little if any more than a 4 man rush. DCs went to school and found something on how to stop EJ and EJ didn't react very well at all to that. It's the nature of the game, once somebody figures you out, it will keep happening until you prove you can counter it an beat it.

I like EJ as a person too but he sucks as a QB and IMHO will never be any better than he already is, as I see numerous flaws in just about every aspect of his game. People praying for his return after some time off and learning are really reaching, again IMO. Why keep wishing for something that seems like a unrealistic goal, I don't get it. He's just another terrible 1st round bust, IMO. Why the love affair with the guy? Why do you dislike Orton? I don't think you even know why you dislike Orton other than you really like EJ and he is taking EJs job. Orton is a decent QB who has been done dirty a few times and was the beneficiary of idiot egotistical coaching. Still don't get the hate but whatever.

Ok so the guy has had 2 minutes of fame over the course of 14 games. Not nearly enough to make even a middling portfolio and justify him playing QB again. Good guy, wish him well in his next endeavor, hope he never sees the field again in a Bills uniform.
