Sure Marrone had his faults but as time goes on it will come to be realized he wasn't half bad coach. He had the team ready and they played hard, he was just void of talent to be overly successful. But again fans and media criticized his every move or non move because his team wasn't 16-0 and scoring 50 points a game and pitching shutouts and IMO it had a hand in driving him out of town. Yup, the QB stinks so Rex fires the OC. Doubt it was really his decision but he was never going to bench TT in favor of EJ. So when he was told something needed to change, firing Roman was his only option. Oh well he kind of created the mess by hitching his wagon to TT. All this of course is jmho. And I agree with others that nothing is going to really change with play design, it will be plays called at different times and hopefully for the better. We shall see.

Well, the Ravens defense did say their goal was to make TT actually play the QB position, if you ask me they did that and TT failed miserably. Credit to the Raven for executing their gameplan.

Tyrod is in his 6th year. 6 year vet shouldn't look like that ever. 3 years? Why? Mariota, Winston, Wentz, Carr, Bortles, Prescott say wat you talkin bout willis. Hell even older guys like Dalton, Roethlisberger, Wilson, Luck, Stafford, Newton started right away, it's pretty obvious you either got "it" or not right out of the box and neither EJ or TT seem to have "it".

If he could read a defense pre snap and know where to throw the ball, the olines average play wouldn't be an issue.

Well that's an easy one. The Ravens didn't respect TT ability to beat them with his arm or his brain so they stacked the box more and more. It's going to happen more and more until TT proves he can adapt.
