  1. Me neither, while exciting yes, I think it's a terrible way to decide the outcome of a game. Same thing in soccer. Then totally abandon it during the playoffs.
  2. Could be, but in football, what is 5 minutes worth? 7 plays? I dunno just seems the NFL could figure out some other alternatives instead of cutting the clock by 5 minutes. I also envision more ties if they do that. I don't think anybody anywhere wants more ties.
  3. Yeah, not sure what 5 minutes less accomplishes either. Nothing wrong with OT now.
  4. This, I don't think any helmet would ever stop brain injuries. Less severe, I dunno, maybe. Anything is worth a try though.
  5. and this Watkins and Woods combined stats in those 15 games... 101 receptions 1515 yards 11 TDs Nice numbers for one guy not two.
  6. Could be, but maybe it's a play on words also. Like TT is the QB of the future but conveniently left out the "near". It will play it's self out in a couple of months.
  7. Maybe McD isn't talking about TT. Maybe he sees Jones or Peterman the QB of the future.
  8. Here's hoping Jones can match that this year.
  9. I don't disagree with this but I don't know if he will be better this year. May take a year or two for it to actually happen. Again those trash WR were open a lot.
  10. Yup, they wanted him to come there and backup Peyton Manning. Regressed from 2015 to 2016, so if you think he will perform similarly, he'll regress again right? You just said it, exact same guy, that guy regressed, so he'll regress again and why wouldn't he.
  11. I like Tyrod the person, great guy, high character, very athletic, exciting, even dynamic at times, just because he is that doesn't mean he is a very good QB. New coaches, new players, more game film on him, new system, that he struggles with the basics of, doesn't exactly spell a recipe for success. We shall see.
  12. Couldn't disagree more, we shall see. if ands or buts...
  13. Doesn't fit paper tigers narrative so he resorts to condescension time and time again, but yeah i'm don with him. It is no longer about football with him, it is a mental game to win with him. It's all about being right and trying to prove everyone else wrong with differing views. Why do you think he is a teacher, can impose his views on kids and they have no recourse or voice, just how bullies like it. Who's got time for jerks like that. I'll stop the All-22 WR were open, it's been discussed and proven time and time again to be true.
  14. Lol, and more of the same from your condescending bullying tone, paper tiger! Provide you with proof, who are you again? It is obvious and everyone does know it, it's been said and proven here many times. I'm not playing your childish game, you find it. You come in here guns blazing from day one telling everyone their wrong about everything and you expect respect. Naw, you do the legwork, it's there!
  15. Is it not true, paper tiger? The all 22 shows this, his coaches and fans at the games confirm this, media of all sorts say this. So I guess to you it's not true without a link! Gimme a break!
  16. Yet those WR were still open alot. The All-22 confirms this.
  17. Taylor was 18th in total QB TDs
  18. Could be. If TT wanted to gamble on himself why didn't he just stand his ground and tell the Bills nope, not renegotiating and let them cancel his contract? Wouldn't free agency be the best way he could have gambled on himself?
  19. Except that reports and all indications were that the Bills were going to not pick up the option on his contract and prepared to move in a different direction. TT would have become a FA where the NFL world would have been his playground and teams would have been fighting for his services (as some have said) thus driving up his contract and him receiving a whole lot more $$$ than the Bills new offer. So why would he turn that opportunity down? Seems like a better situation for him than what you or your agent buddy have said.
  20. no, it's yards. yards are yards apples to apples johnboy
  21. Those are just "yards", right! Those same "yards" that the Tyrod supporters say don't matter when evaluating a QB playing his position. Which is it "yards" matter or they don't. "Yards" do matter for a RB vs a defense and then not matter when evaluating the QB. Can't have it both ways!
  22. Welp, when TT can throw for over 4000 yards and 27 TDs in a single season then he might be considered a better passing QB than Tannehill. I'm not even a Tannehill fan. Highly doubtful that will ever happen. Even you, being one of a handful of the smartest guys in the room around here can't believe TT is capable of that, can you?
