As it stands right now with the Bills, what experienced GM is going to want to take that job?
As I said up thread, it only seems like an assistant GM that is approved by McDermott and a yes man will fill the bill.
IMO TPegs is going to have trouble filling the GM position.
This and TPegs should just hire an assistant GM (who coach wants) to work within McDermotts style and be his yes man.
No established GM anywhere is going to want the Bills GM job.
4 months on the job and has total control. EH!
What happens when McDermott doesn't win more than 8 games per year? Clean house again?
I liked the idea of the new owners at first, starting to have second thoughts though.
Agreed, it is, but it seems it doesn't stay as clean as TPegs likes only after a couple of years, then he cleans house again whether it needs it or not. Doesn't seem like the house got very dirty on a couple of occasions.
Per others in some other thread, don't remember which one, combine mph of peterman was 53 mph, deshaun jackson was 49 mph and Tyrod taylor was said to be at 50 mph. Doesn't mean success but it also doesn't mean failure.
I didn't think the Bills would go QB late as they have other needs, but I like the pick.
Question is why wasn't he taken earlier? What scared teams away?
