LOL naw Livonia NY, just south of Rochester across Conesus Lake from Geneseo. His parents moved to Canandaigua for work before he entered HS and enrolled him into a private school. Great HS football player.

Originally from Livonia

I went to school with Poles, he was a HUGE Bills fan. I am happy and proud of him, he is a good dude I enjoy watching him succeed to theblevel he has.

The talent (outside the O-Line) is there, the current coaching staff is the issue. This team desperately needs fresh eyes from new coordinators. Both sides of the ball, offense and defense. I adamantly believe a competent consistent running game would put this team over the top. The longer the opposing offense is riding the pine, the more out of sync they will be when they finally line up.

I don't know if this has been discussed upthread, if it has I apologize I do not have the time to go through 8 pages but why not Kliff Kingsbury? Young, progressive, offensively minded coach with head coaching experience. Was a QB in college. I would think if they are going to look at change, worth kicking the tires at least no? I am a Sean Payton man, but Kliff would not require us to cede our #1 pick and he would not cost 20-25 million dollars a year.

He doesn't write the plays, he is just running the assigned routes. -
I have never even thought of a coach trade. I am a fan of Happy Clap as well but yesterday was a fireable offense.

I wish there were an option for the entire coaching staff but let Beane stay, that would be my vote. Beane made a good hire with Sean, but I think Sean has hit his ceiling for the time being.

Did you watch the game? And if the answer is yes, are you new to the sport of football? I have to rack my brain to remember a game where I saw a team so unprepared and the contrast in coaching talent was so great. This administration is damned lucky they aren't coaching in New Jersey or Dallas. After a performance like what we witnessed yesterday they would be starting a job search by Wednesday at the latest.

Sean Payton is out there, just completed his second interview with Denver. He would be a great fit here, and would most definitely rather be here with Josh than Denver with Russell. Josh would flourish under him. He is still under contract with the Saints, so it would cost us a 1st but where we will pick in this year's draft (way late in the first round) it would be worth it IMHO.

How about instead of paying hundreds of millions more for a function of vanity, we train our players to play big boy football like our dear friends from Cincy do.

We the fans of the aforementioned football team, who in conjunction with the Seneca Indian tribe are paying for the new stadium with tax dollars and stolen casino revenues. I understand your frustration, I am right there with ya bud. I cannot believe there could be this level of frustration in back to back seasons in my lifetime that rival the Super Bowl years. Yet here we are.

So what is the first coach or domino to fall?

Cannot read, paywall. -
Yes, he should get a phone call. Ths loss and the 13 seconds debacle were ALL ON THE STAFF! One year, an anomaly. Two years, a trend. Our roster and most importantly our QB are way too good to waste making apologies for an emotional attachment to a coaching staff. This was too big an implosion for heads NOT to roll.
