    No shade at anyone who dips their wings but if my wings don't have enough flavor on their own then i need to find better wings. But i am a simple man.

    It if it's a penalty in the third, if should the in the fourth. Calling that isn't the ref deciding the game, it is the player deciding by committing the penalty. And a sliding scale for what is a penalty creates the situation where a player has to change their game depending in how he thinks the refs are going to change their calling the game.

    After I retired, I went back to finish my business degree and there were several courses that met the requirement for sports management and business management. I took the sports manager courses obviously. they made it clear that franchises balance two imperatives, profit and success. It was rare you got both.

    I'm not closing the books on Tua yet but it has to be this year he shows he is more than an average starter. It I had to play a bet, it would be on not enough. But I'll give him this year to see.

    I agree, they were looking for regression and he showed none so it is a lot easier to accept he is that damn good.

    I think they would be a borderline wild card every year but nothing more than that with that combo... And I have no issue with it.

    I was going to pick him up in our draft last night, he went two rounds earlier than I expected. Folks outside our circle see things in him was well. And Hollister got drafted but that is my fault for planting the seed he might see more involvement in one of the best offenses in the game.

    This year is the first time I ever bought a jersey for a player before he ever took a snap in the regular season. Can't wait for it to get here.

    I agree, the narrative you see so often is you don't pay decent running backs, you just draft another one. And there is some truth to that. It is unusual to be as highly drafted as the was but I get it, getting picks back is honestly just icing on several years of good cake.

    I saw a Sportscenter piece about the minor league ball team the Savannah Bannanas just yesterday that was really interesting. Weird coincidence.

    I get the same here in Kentucky. I whipped into the Chicken Koup for some wings the other day and the guy running the drive through saw my T-shirt and goes "Hey Bills Mafia! You guys are gonna be good this year."

    I was hoping it will turn out Mackenzie WR5, KR2, Stevenson WR6, KR1 but my knowledge is based its on about six plays so it is nothing more than opium dreams most likely.

    I agree, one of those wish them the best but hope to not see them in three years.

    Made me think of Carwell Gardner. Old number 35, he was a favorite of mine since he went to Louisville. As the saying goes, you need a yard, he will get you a yard, need two yards and he will get you a yard. Gilliam looks better, I hope he has a role in the offense. Edit: Oh crap, you said Zimmer, I was already in Gilliam mode and misread your comment.

    Even if he has all the core elements that created 17, it is highly unlikely the same environment exists there to meld them properly and produce another Josh Allen.

    I live in Bengals footprint, Dalton we a very serviceable quarterback five years ago, now not so much.
