It's awesome that most of us bashed Merriman for his decision and now that we can contrast it with Crowell's situation, Merriman's suddenly become the consummate "team player."

Maybe, but I didn't hear about it. A quick check of BB.com has him at 229 vs. Crowell's 246.

I think Crowell was a big part of the defense last year, but with Poz and Mitchell out there I don't think his impact will be missed nearly as much. I do worry about Ellison on the strong side though because he's 20 lbs lighter and I just don't think he's very good at shedding blocks.

I have no problem with Jauron being honest. It's better for us fans than the Belichick school of dealing with the media.

Well you can not read this one too. You definitely didn't read my initial one very well. The source had been cited. Jauron's quote had already been added to the thread ....and if you were paying attention last year you would've known that there was much discussion about the Bills putting Poz on IR too early last season for his broken arm because it healed well-before the season finished. It's fine if you didn't think it was funny...but WTF?!

I heard this minor ankle injury has Jauron seriously considering putting Poz on IR again.

A nice piece of perspective during the peak of political bullsh-- season. It would be even better if the same treatment was applied to both parties.

This sucks. I'm tired of watching Poz not play.
