Maybe he'll get cut today! - How about that 34 year old veteran LB that limps around, barely passed his physical and is hopped up on enough pain medication to kill an elephant? But he made the Pro-Bowl as an alternate 6 years ago!!! He may become available! Post 'em here...who knows, maybe one of them will get signed to the Bills (or put out to pasture).

It's possible that the D&C guys had cable and were unable (or grudgingly unwilling) to sufficiently cover the game...thus relying on the national story instead. After all, why should they expect to be able to watch a preseason game that was sold out and completely out of the Rochester market?

Not in their best interest? That's laughable. Let me modify your words... I'm well aware that cars are supposed to "follow the rules." But reality check- they don't expect some fool on a bike to fly through an intersection. And they don't because they're shielded by 2 tons of steel, whereas a biker better watch out for himself or he will become a road stain in the blink of an eye.

That's fine, but it never even occurred to me that "no problem" would be commonly considered impolite. I mean, if it was an undertaker who said "no problem" after he had mistakenly put the wrong body in a casket....that's one thing. But if I ask for wheat bread instead of marble rye and the waiter says "no problem," then I'm not going to bat an eye, let alone consider him/her "less intelligent."

This happens a lot at Wegmans. People walk through the doors and immediately stop and look around as if they have no idea where they are and how they got there.

I'd be grateful....right up until the point that you suggested fairy dust to fix it.

I couldn't watch the game, but I'm not too impressed with the yards per carry numbers I've been looking at. I guess Freddie's 4.3 isn't too bad...but dang.

Friggin awesome dip While we're on the topic of dip....pick up: - Can of Hormel Chili (No Beans) - Brick of Philly Cream Cheese - A block of Jalapeno cheese (or some other variety you like) - Bag of Frito Scoops Shred the cheese (or buy pre-shredded). In a pie dish (or a pyrex dish that can go in the oven) spread the softened cream cheese across the bottom. Dump the can of chili on top of that and spread. Top with cheese. Put in oven till the cheese melts. Scoop away. Thank me later.
