Steven Sund was in charge that day. He would later that day have to wait 71 minutes to get help after the Capitol was breached. Despite begging for help from his superiors. Pelosi being one who could have authorized reinforcements.
But that was later in the day and I'm speaking here of the rank and file officers who would have surely taken notice of an unauthorized structure on Capitol grounds between say 7 and 10 am. Why wasn't it noticed and removed?
In fact it remained there until 1 pm when the gallows dudes came back and finished their work.
Why?
Now after 1 pm the CHP surely had their hands full with other matters.
But by then it had been there for almost 6 hours undisturbed.
You don't find that strange?

Constructed on Capitol grounds between 6:30 am and 7:15 am.
Despite this being expressly prohibited on Capitol grounds the structure remained....undisturbed...
Until 1 pm, when the men returned to the scene, installed the crossbeam and noose, then left the scene again.
Im sure that all the cell phone data for all of the men who were there at 6:30 am with hardly another soul in sight was corrupted too.
