Perhaps the judges are included in same cast of characters ruling against the administration's actions? I suspect yet more inconvenient coincidence.
Just remember, it was all done by the folks fighting to save democracy under the principals of the rule of law. Which translated to political-speak means holding on to power using any means necessary.
Take a wild guess as to what judge finds himself right in the middle of all this once again?
