I'm surrounded by amazing neighbors. This is my first time owning a house that gets snow. We moved in last May. My driveway winds up a hill about a quarter-mile long, so a few months ago I lined up a guy with a plowing service. We've had four snowfalls so far that have required plowing. I haven't brought the guy in once because I've had three different neighbors handle it for me. Don't even say anything. Just finish their house, drive up the road, start plowing my entire driveway.

No one is paying attention except a small population that likes this kind of sport, and the MAGA crowd. Oh, and people like me, who is not so much a fan of Trump as I am a fan of watching liberals heads exploded. If I knew he would so many people have such historic meltdowns, I would have voted for him myself. The only thing missing is Trump getting re-elected AND getting the popular vote. Newsome can lower excise taxes, but the problem with the dope sales is not taxes. The problem is that most CAs (yeah, the same people who voted to make marijuana legal) don't want dispensaries in their neighborhood, so cities ban dispensaries regardless of the state law. You'd think people like Newsome would be able to understand that, under the microscope, dropping the excise tax 4% is not going to move the needle because people will continue to buy off the 'black market' instead of driving to a dispensary. But hey...look at that view!
