  1. They didn't include anything that DiFi sent to them to include in the report? What is this, a non-partisan investigation?
  2. But, it will take a while since the ice cube is afraid to fly, except when taking vacations and flying for work. Outside of that, it is afraid to fly. We need at least (checks calendars for midterm elections) six weeks at a minimum. You know, because we need to be thorough. Oh, and the ice cube is now represented by Michael Avanetti.
  3. Queue democrats asking for the ice cube to be interviewed by the FBI.
  4. That's different. He is not up for a Supreme Court position. Apples and oranges. ?
  5. From what I can see, Garland joined 27 out of 28 opinions written by Kavanaugh, and Kavanaugh joined 28 out of 30 written by Garland. They differ on some environmental issues: White Stallion Energy Center LLC et. al. v EPA Garland part of the majority Kavanaugh wrote dissent (Supreme Court agreed 5-4) EPA wanted to regulate mercury. Kavanaugh stated that the EPA did not consider the $9.6 billion price tag before putting in place the regulation. Coalition for Responsible Regulation Inc v EPA Garland part of majority Kavanaugh dissented (Supreme Court agreed) EPA wanted to implement a permit process for greenhouse gasses under the Clean Air Act. Kavanaugh stated that the EPA could not implement a permit process solely for greenhouse gasses under the Clean Air Act. However, they did agree on other environmental issues, so it is not across-the-board disagreement. Still working on the third case.
  6. Or someone throwing ice during a bar fight.
  7. I will have to see if I can find the ones where they did not join together.
  8. Nothing to see here. Move along.
  9. Looks like creepy porn lawyer will have a new client soon.
  10. Got it. Friggin' Kavanaugh.
  11. The anthrax mail (early 2000s) was processed at a another facility. I am guessing that most of the processing for the Pentagon may have gone through that same facility, as well. There is probably small sort centers in the Pentagon, but the bulk of the processing would be done at a USPS facility. I have been to that facility.
  12. And her lawyers thank everyone for their contributions to their retirement fund.
  13. It's too bad that people will still ignore it and stick to their mandated narrative. Because...shut up.
  14. She and her staff are guilty until proven innocent. Also, she has shown that she does not have the temperament to be in Congress. Such anger in her statement.
  15. Creepy porn lawyer is good for an accusation or two the day before the vote. The Dems are good for at least one during the week, probably toward the end of the week to keep the FBI investigation going. Three is definitely possible this week. They can't do too many this week, as they need to save some to stretch this past the mid-terms. They will spread them out over the next month.
  16. His lawyer should give him a two-question polygraph and send it to the committee.
  17. That's what happens when you are short-sighted. You fail to realize the consequences of your actions and that they can come back to bite you in the ass.
  18. It will heighten tensions and the creepy porn lawyer/dems will suddenly find a few more women right before the FBI hands over their results. They will then cry that the FBI needs to continue investigating. Lather...rinse...repeat.
  19. The FBI should just turn around and hand the committee everything that the committee already has. Just on prettier paper. Put it on FBI stationary to make it look official. Then, flip the committee the bird. Even if the FBI had jurisdiction (which they don't), what do they expect them to do? They will interview the same witnesses and get the same statements. No interpretation of the results.
  20. But, she did not how to engage WaPo.
  21. Just goes to show that just because you have a PhD, doesn't mean that you are a functioning adult.
