We had a couple of beers in the shop, before leaving for the restaurant. She had a couple drinks at the bar before we were seated. This was her first drink (of many) at the table.

You would have liked the customer we had dinner with last night. Her drink order was (and I quote), "Grey Goose and vodka, please."

I am sending out shipments this weekend. Your "machine parts" should be arriving next week. The trippel has aged nicely. Even balance between malt and hops, followed by the warmth of the higher alcohol content. I will be doing a Hoegaarden-type Belgian around Christmas time and then I will try to replicate Chimay Blue.

The problem is that they are not held accountable by the people. You are finally starting to see stuff like this, but it is more political motivations (one party trying to take down another) than the people standing up and taking charge. Look at the legislative pay raise issue in Pennsylvania to see what the people can accomplish when their tax money is being used to line the pockets of the legislators.
