  1. Many of the twitter comments while this last incident was going on mentioned that it was the first time anyone had seen him on campus. Based on what I've read the last two years I don't believe he's a participant in class.
  2. This last incident seems to indicate who he is more than anything else (who really knows about the rape case). This one screams that he is EXTREMELY immature. Nope
  3. How about this... EJ throws for 300+ and the ground game goes for 150+, but it isn't enough as red zone problems continue... Bolts 31 Bills 24
  4. He's key to what they want to do. Glad its nothing serious.
  5. I think that play was designed for FJ coming back across the middle, and for Caveman to head down field and block. It looks like FJ would've had lot of room if the blocking held out. Seems very slow developing for a screen play.
  6. I would remain skeptical regardless. I try not to talk smack after any win due to a unfounded belief that it'll cause them to begin to tank. I need psychiatric help.
  7. I'm ready! We need the home crowd to match last week, no tailing off by the fans all season, it just can't be understated the advantage it brings. Also Sammy being hobled by the rib is worrisome, let hope he gets healthy and soon.
  8. Exactly! There will be ups and downs, and it can be fair to criticize the downs to an extent. But IF you plan on jumping on here with a bullhorn ever time he screw's up, then you need to compliment him when he plays well.
  9. The KS game went about as expected. ECU was a sexy pick to crash the playoff this year, but they lost last week. So essentially we lost last week to a team that will likely end the season unranked. Beating the Mi(s), will be enough to consider the season a success.
  10. OK, well turns out the o-line is hot garbage, and JT is not the savoir. Let's hope he can continue to improve and win the big games coming up. It's also evident that Devin Gardener is garbage, so we have that going for us.
  11. I was at the game, couldn't be happier. Have to give kudos to the Bears fans. Even in my Bills gear, they were indifferent, and were only concerned about their own team. What a fantastic day! Go Bills!!
  12. Peyton takes a heavy hit to his skills and hangs up the cleats at then end of the year. Honorable Mentions: Seahawks take a step backward, without being able to manhandle receivers, the defense is much less effective Johnny football plays well enough to take the starting job, but gets much more hype than deserved (much like romo, rg3), and ultimately will be a fixture for a long time to come.
  13. I've never seen this or even knew it existed. Could someone provide a synopsis?
  14. I'm looking for other folks going to the game, and/or tailgating at soldier field on game day. Going with Bears fans and would!d like to see a few of my own kind.
  15. C/C+? Second half of rookie year was A grade, but too much mediocre before and after that.
  16. Wow, interesting topic. I live in Cleveland, and their were several years after their return that I actually cheered for them (always Bills first, I swear). But the negativity from their fans after endless high draft picks went bust and they became the keystone cops of the nfl was too much. Friends would get angry discussing the franchise, and immediately point to the proud past (40 years prior). They took to berating my Bills rather than looking at the franchise and their own disfunction (ya can't yank young qb's in week 4 and fire HC's in week 9 people, it NEVER works). I know things have been rough for the Bills but the Browns have the lowlight of the week most weeks. Now I dispise the Browns, and especially their fans. I go to every meeting between out teams when in Buffalo, and have a standing bet that the Bill's record will be better than the Browns every year (I actually win most years).
  17. Thanks. I'm sure it was a bit conservative with a larger opponent coming up. Like i said, im very positive about JT, by no means do i expect him to be Famous Jameis, or even Braxton, but he could be a spark the offense needs. Looks like the new o-line has some improving to do. Not a good report on their work, have i read anywhere. "Minus, minus, minus", I'll certainly use that phrase in the future. Not a chance I miss next weeks game. I'll be in Chicago for the machine tool show going on there (I'll also be at the Bill's opener, nice timing huh? I work for Bears fans). The only issue might be pacing myself Saturday night, so I have something left on Sunday afternoon.
  18. I'm quickly getting driven from this board. How many of these can there be? I came here because I've been an out of town bills fan all my life, I have no ties to WNY, I got Erie, PA networks as well as Cleveland networks where I grew up, and sided with the bills as a child despite my entire family being Browns fans, and most of my friends being bandwagon fans of whoever was good at the time. I've spent my life completely isolated. I came here to finally talk BB football with anyone else who gave a crap about who the 5th WR was. I've gotten some of that, but now 95% is nothing but EJ bashing. I root for him just like i do the bills, mostly because of the underdog angle for both. I just can't take it, its beyond my comprehension why so many people can be so fiitself on the negative before the season starts. The one thing I can say for sure from living in the Cleveland area is that running coaches and QB's out of town the first time they don't live up to your expectations WILL NEVER WORK! Please do not continue on this carousel, because it only denies you what you should crave most, which is a functional franchise that competes for championships not high draft picks. Negativity breeds itself, and its gotten like the population of China around here. Go EJ! Go Bills!
  19. I like Pryor, as an OSU fan, I saw him do special things, granted in college, but impressive none the less. I'd be very happy with him as a #3 qb option, and even more as a TE.
  20. Big victory, I'll be there celebrating and probably taking beatings from bears fans.. It'll be worth it.
  21. 100% correct. I'd hope Whaley and Marrone would be the first to admit they botched the backup qb situation. Frankly they got bailed out here.
  22. I'm glad we have a capable backup, but this should have no bearing on EJ's situation. Orton will not go out and light it up, at best he manages games in the event EJ gets hurt, or totally poo's the bed. He is the furthest thing from the long term solution we all crave.
