    The person responsible for "policing" the NFL uniform policy in Buffalo is... former Bills OL Tim Vogler. His wife is a waitress at Uncle Joe's diner and she did a name-drop on us before the opener.

    Last time I went to a game there we tailgated in Orange Permit lots (drives 17 or 18 I think). Kenny also has dolphin fans he's very friendly with and we walked over there. They take very good care of us.

    Ticket exchange, 5th row upper deck 20 yard line on Bills side... $52 each plus fees. Below $55 face value, and their ticket office still has plenty of tickets. BOOM!

    Noticed that the water fountains were gone. Went to Guest Services, and they said that the piping was bad and had to be removed, and hadn't been replaced yet. They hoped for an update by next week, so work is still ongoing. In the meantime they had a cooler full of water and filled my bottle for me.

    my one 'room for improvement' issue would be not enough room in the middle once the grill and tables were set there - made it very tough to get around. I think I learned (finally) not to bring much in the way of food - way more than we needed once again and as usual I ate very little (a little Stromboli, a chicken leg was about it). Strawberry 'shine - YUM!

    That's a good weekend right there. I was in Baltimore for that last game against the Ravens. While the 2AM walk through downtown back to the hotel was one of the scarier moments of my life I found the Ravens fans to be great. More than one said they only hate Steeler fans. It helped that they thought there was no way they could lose and then they were relieved they didn't.

    I would not bet against anything when it comes to the Ralph tribute. So good. Love me some standing buffalo. I'm trying to get some additional details on some of these things. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
