First off, it's in Rochester (more specifically Pittsford), not Buffalo. Best time to get autographs is one of the night sessions that will have an organized autograph signing. All the players line up by number against a fence and people line up to get their autographs. Of course, the big stars have the longest lines/waits but you can get quite a few, especially if you have more than 1 person and split up.
