    They are held before practice - usually 6:30 til 6:50 or so, then the players go to the practice field. If you want to get a "star" player, you should get there earlier to get in his line - camp opens and busses start at 5. Note that they don't do this before every night practice.

    Island Valley is a little 9-hole course on Rte 31F less than 5 miles East of SJF. It's a short course (2700 yds) par 35, but its challenge comes from elevated tees and/or greens. A very low-key course.

    Yes, tickets will magically become available the day after the first preseason game when season ticket sales cease and the seats that were held for that are released.

    The Bills reported that this game is already sold out. I too am leery to wait til gameday to get tix for any event. The Bills Ticket Exchange is the official resale outlet - it's on Ticketmaster and is where Season Ticket holders can sell tix for games they can't get to (or want to make a profit on).

    There's someone where I work - we call him the "phantom pooper". Every couple of months he strikes. He'll shove a whole roll of TP down the toilet to soak up all the water and make sure nothing can go down. Then he takes a giant dump on top of that. They've installed cameras at the doors to every men's room now.
