Interesting point as I had a convo with someone in the game day thread and they said the same thing where you should punt against those teams. I see it the opposite way- when you play great offences, I would try to get as many points as I can and try to keep the ball away from them as much as possible. Like if Mahomes , Lamar or burrow are on, does it really make that much of a difference if they start at the 15 or 45?

The most annoying part is he is aggressive against bad/average teams, but then against good teams he goes conservative. Example: JAX 1st drive of the game- 4th and 3 around midfield and he goes for it. Baltimore 1st drive of the game- 4th and 2 around midfield and punts. Makes 0 sense to me- You think you would want the opposite mindset, and not punt in those situations when you are facing great QBs

Problem for Miami is they were so tight against the cap. The way they built this team was ridiculous and flawed all around

I knew it was gonna be a long night when the bills defence opened up with two deep safeties and were in nickel against a power run team. Sometimes I just don't understand what this coaching staff is thinking

What in the actual hell is McDermott talking about lol. Does he not know how many drives were killed because of 2nd and 3 runs that resulted in no gain? Bills only TD drive was because Josh made an insane play and the guy wants to put more emphasis on the run game opposed to putting it in the hands of his elite QB. Dumb quotes like that officially make me believe the bills will never win a SB with McDermott

Runs the ball on 1st down which sets up 2nd and medium/longish, which makes it a pretty obvious that the bills are gonna throw it the next play especially when down 21-10 in the 3rd quarter. Im not against creativity, but that was just a ridiculous time to call that, as everyone knew Josh was gonna be involved in that play

You're right for sure. But where was the play action tonight? The motion? Running on 2nd and shorts every single time? Super frustrating to watch

I'm still concerned about Brady. I made a thread after the Arizona game that was a bit controversial saying I didn't like his game plan and it was more Josh putting on the cape which led to the points. For me and Brady's performances: Arizona: "ok" Miami: Hard to judge as the D took over but some 1st quarter calls drove me insane Jax: As good as you can get Balt: Horrible

Fair. For me it was just the game plan. Babich coming out in 2 deep safeties/nickel against Baltimore was ridiculous. Brady didn't have it. Plus in the trenches, that's where the game was lost in my opinion . Bills have injuries, but none on the D line and O line

Do you think there would have been a difference if they had their full Defence? I don't personally. Game plan was just awful all around on both sides of the ball, plus got bullied in the trenches
