  1. he actually gave props to Drew. Go JPL!!!! http://www.wgr550.com/fullstory.php?id=0701
  2. ol' stojanito wanted him to be 100% Mexican.....he likes spanish men
  3. i said a win is a win, didn't I? but that's just my point. We couldn't get a win against Pitt's scrubs. Perhaps if that game meant something to Pitt and the Bills prepared for an all out war against that teams BEST players, maybe the outcome is different. Bring on the Patriots as they are. To be the best, you gotta beat the best.
  4. Waltyer Payton had a girlie voice, if I recall correctly.
  5. you bring up some interesting points. I certainly hope you are right. I wouldn't mind us getting a big RB to help Willis out and offer a change of pace. I'm talking a big bruising SOB in the Bettis/Duckett mold. I think that would help us tremendously.
  6. oink oink
  7. don't know. How big are her fun bags?
  8. i always want the Bills to beat the best. I don't understand this weak approach to competition. I want our team to pay back those who have killed us before. Not just the team, but the players as well. What sounds abetter, a win against Brady, Dillon, Bruschi, and Harrison or a win against Davey, Cobbs, Phifer, and Cherry? Sure a win is a win, but one would be more flavorful that the other.
  9. sooooooo..... Drew Bledsoe = Playoffs??? Gee, let's not put the blame of missing the playoffs on poor Drew. Yet, we'll give him credit for a playoff appearance before he even lands somewhere??? you Bledsoe fanatics are a strange breed.
  10. loud mouthed??? how do you figure? are you sure you just don't want to follow Droop Bledsoe where ever he goes? I have more faith in JP than I did in Drew. JP is unproven, sure. But Bledsoe IS proven. Proven to let you down, time and time again.
  11. get well, Teddy http://us.news2.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/ap/...lized_ny176.jpg
  12. as a demented Sam Wyche "MUUUUAHAHAHAHAH's" in the background
  13. JP, congrats. you've worked hard for this. Take control of that huddle and get us where we need to be. (..and stay away from Troy Vincent....PLEASE!!!!)
  14. BF, Strokes can be caused by previous neck or head injuries as well. More likely that than what you are quick to speculate about. But then again, you never know... STROKE RISKS High blood pressure is the number one reason that you might have a stroke. The risk of stroke is also increased by age, family history of stroke, smoking, diabetes, high cholesterol, and heart disease. Certain medications promote clot formation and may increase your chances for a stroke. One example is birth control pills, especially if a woman taking them also smokes and is older than 35. Women have a risk of stroke during pregnancy and the weeks immediately after pregnancy. Overall, however, more men have strokes than women. Cocaine use, alcohol abuse, head injury, and bleeding disorders increase the risk of bleeding into the brain. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/ar...0risk%20factors
  15. and a deformed hand!!! I've always been a big fan of yours.
  16. This kid is now named the starter of an NFL team. NFL!!! STARTER!!! He's been gunning for this all his life, and now people want him to be quiet?? He's a great speaker. I'm sick of the whole monotone, cliche' filled lip service that "classy" guys like Bledsoe give. I'm not saying go trash DB, but I'd love to hear him say "This is my team now, I'm going to be the leader of that Offense, both vocally and in my playing." Anyone remember a fellow by the name of Jim Kelly? We need intensity like that, from the get-go.
  17. I would like to hear how he handles himself now, but I don't view this as a "controversy". They gave up allot to get him in the 1st round. I for one expected him to be the starter this coming year and Bledsoe gone. Let the kid talk. I like the way he's come off in the media before the draft when some were having baby elephants over his comments. He said nothing disrespectful then, and I'm sure he won't now. JPL (Just Play Large)
  18. I've had some complaints about Ol' Whitey myself, but I can't bring myself to read ANY garbage posted on Profootballtalk.com
  19. Drew should hire you as his PR person......
  20. i sit across from Cowboy Fan. I put it in his head for a week now that Drew will be wearing a star next season. He waved it off as being just speculation, but now he's starting to worry. I mentioned it again this morning that I read something in the Fort Worth Star that alluded to old Snow Shoes Drew being considered by his boys. He flipped me off. Well, a minute later i stormed his cube and he had the article up.
  21. that'd be a shame if we didn't. a couple INT's for TD's, 7 sacks. oh, was that tasteless....sorry Drew. Thanks for 20 games or so.
  22. Good points. But I also feel Fiedler has the experience and is good enough to challenge a first year starting QB. To each his own I guess. I'm just tired of Bledsoe. Seems like he never challenged himself. I can at least remember when Fiedler played above his potential. I also remember him beating us at home a few times when I thought we'd kill them. Also, I'm being realistic and looking at the $ part of it.

  24. that's why I say as a backup. Bledsoe costs more and simply won't back up JP. Fiedler would.
