  4. whatta dumbass! (hope this wasn't already posted) Cardinals RB is arrested at airport, cut by team Mar. 5, 2005 12:00 AM A newly signed Cardinals running back was arrested Friday at Sky Harbor International Airport after he allegedly stole another flier's laptop. Larry Lee Ned, 26, joined the team Thursday when he was claimed off waivers from Minnesota. Ned was arrested with the computer at 1:50 p.m. in a men's bathroom in Terminal 4, said Detective Tony Morales, a spokesman for the Phoenix police department. Moments earlier, Ned had walked through a security checkpoint. After he went through the detector, he picked up a Dell laptop at the end of the scanner, Morales said. The laptop's owner was still going through the screening process. Phoenix police officers stationed at the airport found Ned hiding in a nearby men's restroom, Morales said. Ned was arrested and booked on a theft charge, he said. On Friday evening, the Cardinals announced that Ned had been released, and that they had re-signed running back Damien Anderson.

  13. what has he done for us lately????
  14. for starters, a QB who might be a little tougher to sack than your sweetheart was.
  15. give us some insight on some of your past Gut Feelings and how they turned out. Not worth much unless we know who we are dealing with. Are you sure it's not just indigestion? personally, I think we can be 9-7, but we haven't seen the final pieces of Free Agency/Trades/Draft fall into place yet.
  16. they still have a pretty solid D. I think he can contribute. Maybe not Dominate (especially since Bledsoe, his favorite AFC sack target, is gone) but he still may have something left.
  17. Culpepper, Nate Burleson, Pat Williams, Kevin Williams, Nap Harris, E Henderson, A Winfield, Chavous, Matt Birk and a good O-line and a good stable of RB's....I think they have more talent than you think. Now Tice as HC..........that may be the equalizer.
  18. ...be used as a LB? Lenny P thinks so. Miami, which has been a conventional 4-3 team for about the past decade, has recently featured smaller, quicker ends like Jason Taylor. If new coach Nick Saban does change to a 3-4, Taylor could be moved to linebacker. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/columns/stor..._len&id=2005698
  19. Looks like I was right on part 1

  21. i think the Browns pick up Dilfer. They need a vet QB in the stable. Then they go D or WR with their first pick.
  22. i have the luxury of two die hard Brownie fans as two of my very best friends. They said they were lukewarm on Holcomb. They will not be punching any walls over it. Then I told him that we got him on the cheap as a backup (apprently they were unaware he left for less). <pause> "Hey, we got Baxter!!!!"
  23. "it aint got no gas in it"
  24. I'm honeored Doyle. Thanks! "...tuning's what you do. You're a tune smith..." and how about the great cameo by Duvall? Karl's senile old man. Brilliant I tells ya, brilliant!
  25. "...this one begat that one and that one begat this one, begat begat begat, and someone said some sh*t, hey Karl just what kind of retard are you anyway?" (or something to that effect) "...i know the po-leece...they're on my side! I play cards with JD Shellnut!" (again, haven't watched it in a while so my quotes might be a little off)
