Brady to be SUSPENDED next week according to report
Corp000085 replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm more interested in any organization suspensions for the pats. I.elossof draft picks, BB suspended for "lack of institutional control", monetary damages, Kraft being suspended. It's a foregone conclusion that Brady is done for at least a couple games... I want to know about the top of the Patriots food pyramid. -

Thanks for the suggestions guys... I registered and paid for the course. It's over a weekend in the middle of May. I work near the local DMV, so I can stop by on lunch and get the motorcycle endorsement, assuming that I pass the coursework. After that, I'll just see what's available. The HD dealer is also close by, so I'll probably start there. If I'm confident enough after the course to try a big bike, I may just drop coin on a new Harley. If I feel the need for a smaller/clunker bike to build confidence, I'll go Craigslist shopping. From all of your responses, it does not seem that there is a right or wrong answer for a first bike. Just get the one that feels good. So, assuming I pass Step A and Step B, the Step C for me, which is shopping, should be loads of fun!!

I've had multiple speeding tickets to the point where it's way more cost effective for me to drive the speed limit and just tag a few extra minutes onto my trip. I absolutely love my JSW by the way. I've always had the sedan with TDI, but this is my first go around with the wagen. Totally different car and totally better car!

I'm 36 years old and I will be finishing my masters program in the next couple of weeks. Driving a motorcycle has really intrigued me since childhood, but I had an epiphany recently; I can actually do this. So, I'm signing up for the weekend training course at my local community college sometime in May or June. I've never sat on a bike before, but assuming all goes well, I'll be a licensed driver shortly, and I'll be in the market!!! I'm not "married" to a certain style or brand of bike... With that said, anyone got any suggestions for a soon-to-be new rider willing to drop money on a first bike? Some have said get a small junker to practice with for a few months before upgrading. Others have said, try a bunch out and get the one that fits you... I truly don't know where to begin. Any suggestions would be welcome!

I get that driving south on I-95, alone, minimal traffic, while traveling exactly the speed limit. It's possible.

It's a 2014 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI w/6speed manual. I can get 55+mpg if I drive alone, without luggage, shift smart, and drive the speed limit.

Seriously, check eBay for out of town ads through pawn shops. My brothers one-of-a-kind strat was stolen and discovered on eBay from a pawn shop 3 time zones away. He put an astronomical bid on it to hold it, faxed a copy of the police report to them,,and then contacted the local police department there. He ended up paying for the shipping, but he got it back.

My afternoon with Rex, Thurman, and Jimbo

And if that team went 9-7 under those circumstances, what will this team do under better conditions? -

A smart decision is to purchase with an LLC. You and spouse can set one up for a few hundred bucks and then be shielded from public information. -
Best RB in Buffalo Bills history?
Corp000085 replied to TheJuice's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
With apologies to the Goldman, Brown, and Thomas families, OJ Simpson may be one of the top 3 running backs in the 95 year history of the NFL. He's by far the best running back in Bills history. Thurman Thomas was a better all-around player, but that does not make him the best runner. The only player I'd pick over OJ would be Jim Brown. After OJ and Thurman, its a toss up between Cookie, Cribbs, Travis Henry, Fred Jackson, Marshawn Lynch, but those latter guys are like 10 steps below OJ and Thurman. Since we're on this topic, it's kinda interesting that the Bills have had the best special teams player (and future HOFer) Tasker, the best DE ever in Bruuuce (Deacon Jones and Reggie White are behind Bruce in my eyes), one of the best RBs ever in OJ? That's pretty good considering we're a sub .500 team over 55 years. -
RIP. I hung out with him at one of the bills HOF weekends. He was a cool old guy. A Life well lived!

And till we win, we all will be waiting for the other shoe to drop. -
It's not a small suv/crossover, but... I have a VW jetta sport wagon tdi. Great car! They're updating the platform for 2015 and calling it a golf sport wagon. My wife has a Ford Escape and my car has much more storage room than hers. If you can "buy in" to driving a station wagon (with stick and diesel in my case) you won't make a bad decision.

Before I had the 6+, I was infatuated with getting the biggest screen possible. Don't get me wrong, it's still an awesome phone for reading and responding to emails. However, the "will it fit in my pants" factor will trump any large screen size argument. Again, beforehand, I would never have fathomed loving a smaller phone. After, you truly need to invest in a practical device.
-
I have an iPhone 6 plus. I LOVE the screen size. It's speedy. It's easy to read without making the text huge. I hate the size of the phone though. It's a tradeoff for me, but in hindsight, I wish I'd have gotten the 6 and not the plus. Fitting phone in pants trumps size!

Take the first job that is offered. If a candidate were to hold out on me, I'd make that choice for them.

Yeah. As a high school kid, that's a pretty out there thing to do. He will be successful with the ladies and probably with life in General. -
He actually died about 8-10 years ago due to cancer.

He's a nice guy and a decent player, but, no.

Visual proof!!! I was at the AFC Championship against the Chiefs and my face was o the original mural in the 100 level bar of the first niagara center. For the comeback game, we all watched the whole thing at home thanks to KU-Band and a giant dish.
