    Elliotte Friedman clearly said 2028 and he's a numbers geek. Just found this on Wikipedia. "The Sabres began the process of buying-out the remainder of Ehrhoff's contract on 29 June 2014. They will be paying Ehrhoff $12 million over 14 years." (around $850,000 per year).

    Go with the loan and get it over with (or just bump up your current payment on the student loan.) A LOC is too easy to keep using, extending the debt.

    Age plays a big part as well. These kids are drafted in or after high school. NFL players after a few years of college.

    You mean like McDavid? He was almost in tears last year and seemed to do pretty well? These kids hope to go to their home team. they are always a little shocked. understandable. He's from Arizona and let it be known that he grew up watching shane Doan and Daniel briere. He's a big Coyote's fan. I would expect mixed emotions.

    I think you guys will know a lot more about Lehner come training camp. Does he show up fit? That will say a lot about whether he is serious about being a #1 guy.

    Not a big Prince fan myself, but growing up in the 80's he was definitely part of the soundtrack of our lives. It sucks when it ends like this. RIP
